I had a vacation with my son and parents in October in San Marina. I have been to Abkhazia many times before and I understand how much depends on the choice of a hotel. A comfortable room, delicious food, a heated, clean pool and friendly staff were important to me, and everything absolutely coincided, I am very glad that I chose this hotel and will come to it many more times, including thanks to the manager Said, a lot of things really depended on him in the work of the hotel and solving problems, and he copes with it perfectly. I would like to thank the friendly hotel staff for the warmth, cleanliness and delicious food and, in general, for the favorable atmosphere of the hotel.

we had a vacation in August 2025. The territory is not bad, there is a good swimming pool, which is cleaned every evening, and sun beds. It's really a 3-minute walk to the sea, it has a nice beach and lots of sun loungers.That's one of the advantages. The rooms are old and shabby. Furniture is easier to burn than to repair. We went into several rooms, and the walls were dirty everywhere. Room cleaning is so-so. During the 2 weeks of my stay at this boarding house, neither the towels nor the bed were changed until I came up and asked. There is a constant sewer smell in the bathroom. The dining room is a song!! The pastries are faded, the dough is gray, tasteless, and sticks to your teeth, the dishes are all chipped, and the cups are all dirty. The range of food is meager, the same thing every day. there are no fruits at all: nectarines sliced into slices, then peaches also into slices. Tasteless, oaky. That's all, nothing else happened (I'm not comparing it with abroad, anyone who has visited this hotel will understand me). Because of the utter unsanitary conditions in the dining room, everyone starts roto on the second or third day of arrival. Drinking water, where compotes and teas are poured, is not clear from where, it is brought in open bottles of 19 liters on a cart, which is then used to take out the garbage. I am generally silent about wiping marmite with a greasy cloth. It also happened that for the arrival of 13 nights in this boarding house, coffee ran out, which was not delivered for a whole week. If you want stomach and stomach pains for a month and a half, if you want to lose weight naturally by fasting and using the toilet, and live in terrible rooms, then you should go to San Marina.

My husband and I were vacationing at the San Marina hotel, we lived on the 6th floor, the rooms were cleaned regularly, there is an elevator, even if it is slow, there was enough food in the dining room, we swam in the pool, the sea was clear, there were plenty of sun beds.Rotavirus did not get around us, we got sick, went on an excursion to Lake Ritsa, 3 married couples were traveling with us, who came to Abkhazia on their own, lived in apartments and also got sick, so the hotel and the dining room had nothing to do with it.Everything was fine with us.The rest was a success!
