Of the cons: baths only in the spa area, for a fee. The food and cocktails are disgusting, the bartender needs to be looked for and he doesn't know the menu well. The tiles in the pools are already falling off. An inconvenient system of keys and payment, you need to pay separately with Caspi, or put money on the key in advance. It is already so outdated, it is more convenient to issue one key and it is scanned for payment, and at the entrance to pay for everything you spent, than to carry your phone / card with you to the pool. The color of the doors in the locker rooms does not match the color of the key, as they said at the entrance. Why do men's and women's locker rooms separately is unclear if there are cameras everywhere and you need to change in the booths. A water park for children, and how can mom and son or dad and daughter go in if the children themselves can't change clothes yet and may get lost? Also, the door was open outside and it was very cold near the pool. The depth of the pool is incorrectly calculated for an adult slide, I hit my foot hard on the bottom. And the water park itself is small, relative to Hawaii, there is little entertainment for adults. In fact, there are 2 swimming pools, 3 slides and a spa area. For a family of 4 people, including a baby, we spent 50t tenge, which is unreasonably expensive for such a service. We definitely won't come a second time, Hawaii liked it more.

We were in the pool and spa area. I really liked the spa area, the staff is polite, there are many saunas of different types, the design is pleasant to the eye, I also really liked the massage and wraps. Among the disadvantages: long queues at the checkout and strange payment inside the pool. You dive and you are carried by the current. There is a food service area on the street where you can enjoy delicious and quick service and there are kebabs. There is also a dining room inside. But I did not like the organization of the restaurant: a very small and expensive Italian-style menu. Also from the cons: some waiters do not know Russian at all. 1. Security - there is no sense of security. There are a lot of drunks who do not control themselves, even when there are children in the same pool with them. There were individuals who wanted to fight. There is no security on the territory at all. I wouldn't be surprised that people carry guns with them.
2. Prices - they are similar to many pools in the city, including premium ones. But the price tag does not scare people away, so some people will not feel comfortable being in such an environment of people. For example, several times a day I saw people spitting at their feet.
3. Food - on the street in the "cafe" the barbecue is just good, but everything else is not. The prices also do not match the quality, unfortunately.

Clean pools, no plaque on the walls, clean sunbeds, no debris and wonderful descents into the pools. But the presence of alcohol on the territory is superfluous. Families come to the water park to relax and when drunk people behave inappropriately, it scares children. Remove alcohol from the menu. There are plenty of other places where you can drink beer, but without children. There are very weak hair dryers in the women's locker room and 3 pieces are not enough for everyone if the main number of people leave closer to 21.00.

The food is very expensive, and not as tasty as it should be. Pizza - one dough 4000, dried nuggets 7 pcs - 2000 tg, fries - not fresh, but a large pile to be stored all day - they are heated in the microwave, but it costs 1000! Just a cutlet - 3000 tg !!! Bread with sausage - 3000 tg!! WATER 0.5 - IMAGINE 700 TG!!!
A family of 5 people (2 of them children): They gave 40,000 tenge for admission (ON WEEKDAYS) for food, drinks 40,000 tenge - and it's just snacks, a drink. The prices are high, the queues for food are 20 people each, and this is TUESDAY on weekdays!! In short, it is unrealistically expensive, it is not worth it at all for this money, for this money you can rest for 2 days with meals at the hot springs!!!

But there was hope when they heard about the opening of San Remo. We were in a pleasant anticipation. But....I should have guessed that the company's policy would be the same. Firstly, the territory, the interior, if not worse, then not better. Secondly, the service, namely the work of the staff, as if they were simply transferred from Miami or given the same instructions on how best to bully or ignore customers. It felt like we had come to their house as uninvited guests. The attitude is to "fuck off". The prices for everything are wild, while there is almost no choice. We were ready to pay even their inadequate prices, as long as the children were well-fed, but alas, there is no choice, and the taste and quality of the food seemed to have been taken to gazelles for three days. We were afraid that one of us would get poisoned. The only good thing is that we specially went on a weekday so that there would be fewer people. At least I was lucky in that.
In general, I was ashamed in front of the foreign guests. It would be better to take them to Kapchagai on a wild beach and it would be more comfortable.
Sorry. Such a good project with such good potential was ruined.

Which was waited for more than 40 minutes, so not everyone immediately brought each dish + 10 minutes. You need to go get the plates and appliances yourself.The services of a photographer are even more interesting. We took some photos. We discussed one photo on a magnet. All the others are in electronic form after correction. But after 15 minutes they come with all the printed photos both on a magnet and in a paper version. And they say you owe 20 thousand. For which, after all, I said one photo on a magnet and that's it. My score is +2

There is a swimming pool with a current that seems cool, but it is waist-deep and very narrow for an adult. In fact, it is not convenient to be there. There are activities, but the gifts are funny, chupachups and a thermometer on the refrigerator (which does not work). And even the foam party doesn't seem to be bad, but the foam flies into the face and into the eyes so much that a 5-7-year-old child standing on his feet completely plunges into it.
