Great location - on the riverbank, at a good distance from the roads. Cozy apartments with a fairly large area. Good fresh renovation in the entrances. The house is in no way inferior to any new residential complex.

The residential complex is excellent, I have been living in it since the very beginning of construction for 12 years. Our first stage is house number 8. The house is very warm, expanded clay + monolith. The advantages are that the embankment is nearby, central Park and many interesting locations. The only drawback is that our parking has not been repaired for many years and is in a deplorable condition.

The yard is beautiful. The location of the bomb. Parking in winter is very cold, a steady minus, the apartment is cold. There was an idea to buy an apartment in this residential complex (while I'm renting), but there are doubts - I had to buy heaters. But what a view from the window!!!!
