A wonderful place for mental and physical relaxation. There is no fuss and haste, everything is measured. The diet is varied, the treatment is suitable for any consumer. The pool is gorgeous, the staff is polite, you can solve all issues without nerves. There is a minus- there is no animator, the people are left to themselves in the evening.

A great place, good repair, good service and diet in the dining room, the food is very balanced, varied and there is a lot of it, the children's menu is very weak, it is very difficult to feed children with such food. The staff is generally not bad, but there are exceptions, more on them. It's a good thing. Now about the bad stuff. Some of the staff in the medical building are not professional. The procedures are disgusting, the director sits in every office and teaches you something, no one is interested in your opinion and everyone to one place that you decided to spend your uncountable vacation days in this sanatorium, I would say to waste it. Some procedures are put before lunch, after which it is impossible to talk for 2 hours, and then a meal. Or a bath after breakfast or lunch. During the whole vacation, we never rode a slide in the pool. It was closed all the time, we went to the pool every day. By the way, there is no information about Gorka anywhere since he was 12 years old. And there are also some restrictions. In 14 days they got into the bath complex only once and then with a scandal and imagine the hammam did not work. And the people who were there the previous time said that the sauna did not work. I'm going to take turns something is not working. The massage chair massages equally 2-meter and 1.5-meter tall people in the same way without additional settings and restrictions. I'm 1.86 tall and they massaged the back of my head on my shoulder blades, I'll tell you that. In general, I refused, because it hurts a lot. They massaged my armpits, the back of my knees, the back of my head, the temporal lobe of my head, my groin and even my fifth point. Once they got inside the ear, I thought everything, but thank God for them the next day all the sensations were gone. Although how it will be later is not known. On carbon dioxide baths, the cape is so soaked with the sweat of vacationers that they already feel sick to vomiting, but this is a relaxing procedure, and the staff tells fairy tales about how carbon dioxide stinks. Then people began to refuse this procedure and they washed the capes, and lo and behold, the gas stopped smelling and began to smell like powder, but this procedure is available for a fee. There is no leisure in the sanatorium at all. Everything is there, a bar, there is also a music center and a place for dancing for 8 people maximum. Air hockey, table tennis, basketball, billiards. Billiards is a separate topic, a room without windows and hoods, a conder is hanging, but we were told that it does not work, the batteries are fried, there is nothing to breathe, how can you relax in such conditions, it is unclear. There is nothing to do at the weekend, it's good to have Gomel 20-30 km away. The price for a stay per day for a family of 3 people is 560 bel.rubles, with meals +3% resort fee. For this price, you can rent a cottage with a sauna, with breakfast for 8-12 people. It is very sad that there is such a wonderful, beautiful sanatorium that could make a profit, but this beauty is not for everyone and is very limited. I will go there again - no way. And I won't recommend it to you. He leaves only a few days a year to spend them on such a low-quality and rude service. I think everything would be fine here if there was a disco, an animator, a children's room and other standard atrebutics of these institutions, but unfortunately only one building was inhabited and even if 2 floors were filled, this atrebutics would be unprofitable. Here we need high-quality service, additional buildings and a complete reboot, especially boorish staff. Vacationers are on vacation, and you are at work and we are taking your money to you, not you are paying us. With this attitude, you won't be settling in any building soon.

The residential building is good. The rooms are well renovated, warm and cozy. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle. Shower. Toilet. Balcony.
The medical corps is wonderful. Good staff, good procedures, new equipment. There is also a swimming pool, a sauna complex.
The food in the dining room is delicious, but the norms are the same for everyone, regardless of children 8 years old, adult men or pensioners 65 years old, so sometimes I left the dining room hungry.
There is a bar in the same building.
From entertainment, billiards, table tennis, games for children, bicycle rental, skiing. If a cult organizer is working, then there will be karaoke , music and movies.. If not, then the only entertainment is walking down the street from the dining room to the gate and back.

It turned out that they had taken it, stored it in a cosmetic bag. The nature is exceptional, the medical base is gorgeous, the repair is good. Of some disadvantages - with a lot of water treatments, a standard hotel set of towels (you must definitely take a couple of towels with you - they do not warn you about this). At dinners, as in Soviet times, it is necessary to order the same for the whole table first - then they are served in a saucepan that preserves the warmth of the dishes. Laid out on plates, it cools down very quickly. Rest and treatment are great!

The service is excellent, the room is clean, daily cleaning, linen change once a week, all linen is clean, mattresses are comfortable, the room has everything you need, toilet paper, kettle, cups, cutlery. It is very cozy in the room. The territory is beautiful, there is a place for walks, barbecue and games, many gazebos, a play area for children. Vasilek sanatorium is a wonderful place!
