The sanatorium is generally not bad. Although there are disadvantages. The medical equipment is mostly old. The medical staff is not bad, responsive. But the staff at the reception are unfriendly, indifferent to vacationers. The building itself is not bad, but it is already in need of repair. Meals in the sanatorium are served 4 times a day, the chefs cook deliciously, the range of dishes allows you to make a choice.

Just a terrible attitude towards the guests. The rooms are dirty, dusty, not really cleaned. On the day of arrival, we were horrified by the room (junior suite): there was someone's hair everywhere, dust on the floor, someone left their mark in the sink, a smelly and dirty curtain in the shower. We had to wash everything ourselves, the foam in the sink had already turned gray from dirt. Two stars only because of the kitchen and the normal staff. It is clear that the administration does not care about everyone. Buy at least one vacuum cleaner for your poor cleaners! Akshadan olgender. Half of the devices are not working, which is why you sit in line for an hour, and your poor employees listen to patients' complaints all day long. Masseuses also fuck off: they record and don't come, or let others through. The mattresses in the rooms are already sagging, it is impossible to sleep, my back hurts. At the time of arrival, they were healthier than after the "recovery", by the end they were all nervous, angry, tired and with a sore back. Not a wellness center, narborot is a nerve killer center. Thanks! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
And stop deleting the review in the insta already. They don't even know how to accept criticism. Everyone runs away from here for 5-6 days, but the money is not returned. As long as they make money, they don't care about anyone.
