The sanatorium is generally not bad. Although there are disadvantages. The medical equipment is mostly old. The medical staff is not bad, responsive. But the staff at the reception are unfriendly, indifferent to vacationers. The building itself is not bad, but it is already in need of repair. Meals in the sanatorium are served 4 times a day, the chefs cook deliciously, the range of dishes allows you to make a choice.

Just a terrible attitude towards the guests. The rooms are dirty, dusty, not really cleaned. On the day of arrival, we were horrified by the room (junior suite): there was someone's hair everywhere, dust on the floor, someone left their mark in the sink, a smelly and dirty curtain in the shower. We had to wash everything ourselves, the foam in the sink had already turned gray from dirt. Two stars only because of the kitchen and the normal staff. It is clear that the administration does not care about everyone. Buy at least one vacuum cleaner for your poor cleaners! Akshadan olgender. Half of the devices are not working, which is why you sit in line for an hour, and your poor employees listen to patients' complaints all day long. Masseuses also fuck off: they record and don't come, or let others through. The mattresses in the rooms are already sagging, it is impossible to sleep, my back hurts. At the time of arrival, they were healthier than after the "recovery", by the end they were all nervous, angry, tired and with a sore back. Not a wellness center, narborot is a nerve killer center. Thanks! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Convenient location, delicious cuisine, good service and treatment. There are some points about the gym, several simulators are not functioning. They were fed according to the menu, which is determined the day before. The residents of the suite rooms go to the procedures without waiting in line, it is advisable to give the medical card immediately to the nurse and not tell those waiting in line that you are in the suite. The sanatorium requires cosmetic repairs. The waiters and nurses are great, always polite.

Excellent sanatorium, I'm coming for the third time. I like everything very much. Excellent food, treatments (treatment area in the building) service. Very polite staff, cleanliness, daily room cleaning, there is a swimming pool. Convenient location. It is a pleasure to be treated and relax in this sanatorium.

It was 2018, then everything was great. We arrived (2023.06) with great expectation. In real life, the food is 3, cleanliness wants to be better, the staff is tired, the beds are leaky, gray, stained, tired as well, they have seen life. Plumbing is also outdated, they are no longer cleaned from scale, there are not enough parts on the taps in the standard + room, the water splashes all over the clothes, I had to move to the junior suite. I don't think I'll come back.

In September 2022, we went to relax and get treated at a sanatorium. They caught an intestinal infection there - for many visitors, the tubage lasted for weeks after that. We were not prescribed any treatment, this information was carefully hidden and crushed. After a couple of weeks, we learned from the following visitors that it turns out we were caught in a period of rotavirus infection, and this was carefully kept silent even among doctors. It has already been more than six months, and the pathogenic bacteria that were picked up then are making themselves felt. We are still being treated. This is the kind of "treatment" we received in Ak-Tilek. If you want to lose 20 kg along with useful microflora, then you should go to this institution.

It is impossible to sleep at night because of mosquitoes, and there is also a restriction on providing hygiene products. If we compare it with the "Trade Union" (it is considered the best), then Ak-Tilek is better.All the procedures here, except for dirt, are in the same building where we live.The rooms are clean and cozy.Linen, towels, and bathrobes are changed every three days.The staff is very friendly.Someone wrote here that the staff does not speak Russian, so what.I am Russian, I find a common language with them, we understand each other.
The dining room is beautiful.A good, varied menu.A wonderful chef!She is a very friendly, pretty woman!The waiters are well-mannered, knowledgeable about their work, pleasant boys and girls. They don't have time for a bit, but that's because there are a lot of vacationers here.
All medical procedures are pleasant.And what is not.very nice, then useful!????They are done by qualified nurses quickly and professionally.Yes, there are queues, but this is because the vacationers themselves do not keep time.The girls are nurses and they can handle it.
If someone wants to drink water from a spring, then the pump room is located across the street, on the territory of the "Trade Union".There is also a huge area for walking-a beautiful park!
