I visited SANIM in Almaty and was satisfied. The establishment has a modern, concise interior without excessive pretentiousness: the light, zoning and seating are thought out in such a way that it is comfortable both for meeting with a client and for quiet work on a laptop. The service is attentive and not intrusive. The host quickly navigates the available tables, the officers know the menu and help with the selection without standard memorized phrases. The dishes are served on time, without "dips" between courses. In the kitchen: the ingredients are fresh, the flavors are balanced, and the saltiness/sharpness is moderate. I liked working with textures — the crunch is where it needs to be, and the temperatures are right. Desserts are not cloying, coffee is stable. The drinks map and non-alcoholic items are well-designed, and there are options for those who follow their diet. The prices are adequate for the location and the level of performance: it feels like you're paying for quality and service, not for a "nameplate". A separate plus is the cleanliness in the hall and bathrooms, which often becomes a weak point even in good places.

We often visit this place because it is close to home. They serve well, the waiters are all nimble, they can advise something. The food is always delicious too, especially the very cool kebabs are cooked here. The portions are large, you can overeat. The first one is in the room and the second one is in the closet .Without thinking twice, I decided to choose a tapchan, a cold wind would not hurt. Well, the slipper is quite comfortable, the insoles are thin and the same wooden floor is felt. The food on the menu seems delicious , but how wrong I was..A dish was brought to me, and I was immediately ready to eat, even despite the appearance!I will never forget this taste.. This is not a taste, but a torture for my tongue! Why was it brought so raw and cold? This question will remain a mystery forever... Additionally :: Be sure to wash your hands before eating! And also do other things before the meal! The toilet!? Who spoiled you like that? And the tiles on the floor ..At least the shell is white, eh!
