After buying the apartment, the question arose about the purchase of plumbing. After comparing the prices on the websites, we came to the conclusion that the prices and assortment are better here. We bought a bathtub, a sink, a bedside table for her, a glass curtain for the bathtub, a toilet bowl, faucets, a mirror, a heated towel rail and more. The order was placed quickly, delivery at a convenient time. The quality of the product is excellent. However, there was a problem with the shower glass curtain, it fell out of the factory mounting. The case was recognized as a warranty case, the fault of the manufacturer. The replacement was carried out quickly, taking into account our wishes. Alexandra's consultant helped me with this. Thanks to her for her help and professionalism, she advised and arranged a replacement. We are happy with everything. Good shopping, everyone.

At the very beginning of the renovation, I bought a lot of things from them, including a toilet bowl. Something was slowly being set up, in principle, there were no particular problems with anything. The queue reached the toilet only 13 months after the purchase. I already wanted to install it, but I saw that there was a factory defect in the drain, there was an unfinished glaze and a crater, apparently a casting defect. I wasn't really hoping to be honest, but I decided to contact the store. I waited a couple of weeks for an answer, but in the end the toilet was replaced with a new one without a defect! To be honest, I was blown away, I didn't think that 13 months after the purchase they would change it, but deep down, of course, I really wanted to, because the toilet is quite expensive for me and it would be a shame to look at this defect every day. As a result, they brought a new one for free, and the old one was taken away. This act prompted me to write a review. Thanks to the store for helping us!
