The administrator Nicole is generally an inadequate hysterical woman, to complain about the poor work of the waiter, she began to be rude and impertinent to us. If you don't want to spoil the evening, it's better to avoid this place.

Everything was at the highest level in the Sansara Lounge, a cozy establishment, delicious cuisine, polite waiters. We were served by Maxim, a wonderful guy, a real professional, knows all the ingredients of the dishes and can advise what is the best from the menu...very responsive, attentive and positive! It's rare to meet such pros in business and it's very nice!
A very cozy place, insanely delicious dishes.
I highly recommend it!)

Answering the standard questions of the institution in advance, I will write. We were on August 11, 2024, after 6 p.m. In fact, we are forced to be regular guests of the institution, given that the institution is a platform for Quiz tournaments.
There is not an isolated review that the waiter team is not coping. If you are interested, you can find reviews here about waiting for a bill in 20 minutes, about difficulties with calling waiters.
And all this bacchanalia is run by the "administrator" Gauhar-Nicole. Why such a strange name? Everything is simple. Having received constructive criticism about the work of the staff, she did not come up with anything better than to introduce herself by another name. It's just a kindergarten.
And after that, she gave out her whole essence. No one from our company expected such rudeness mixed with arrogance.
And yet - if you see reviews that Nicole (that's her real name) is a great administrator, these are either her colleagues or her friends. The reviews are not honest. There are also positive reviews about Boris. It is likely that this is the same guy who told us when we called him: "Don't you see? I'm here with the guests!" It's like we're not guests.
In general, after learning which "would-be admin" manages the staff, it is not at all surprising that the staff works extremely poorly. Among other things, we see a tremendous staff turnover. Which is not surprising at all.
For potential guests, be afraid of a full landing in the institution. You risk not being served.
To the owners of the establishment, fire this Nicole Gauharovna. She will drown your business. And the institution has a good potential!!!
