I was in this restaurant for the first time, and immediately realized that I wanted to return here. The food here is simply amazing! All the dishes are very tasty, it can be seen that they are prepared from fresh products and with love. The menu is varied — there are both familiar dishes and something new and unusual. The pitch is beautiful, and I want to try it right away.
The service also left a pleasant impression. The waiters are polite, friendly, always ready to prompt or help with the choice, but they are not intrusive. You feel like you're being taken care of, and it's nice.
Well, the atmosphere in the "Sant Michele" is very cozy and inviting. It is quiet and comfortable here, you can come as a family, or a group of friends, or even arrange a corporate party. The interior is beautiful, everything is thought out to feel at home, but at the same time festive.

I discovered a restaurant in Grodno "Sant Michele", participated in a competition and won a 2kg set of delicious dinner! In my case, there was a delivery home, a nice young man delivered everything very quickly, politely and with a smile, which is already nice! It was all incredibly delicious! Many thanks to the chef! We were passing through Grodno and heard about the beautiful serving of Fondue dessert in this institution - we came here for this.
As a result, we got not just a beautiful dessert, but just a magical dinner. We travel a lot around the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus and, of course, are not culinary gurus, but this restaurant is definitely in the top of the best where we have been. The pike perch was so delicious that my husband asked the cook for a recipe to ensure that the pike perch did not smell of mud. Bruschettas are all the most delicate, tar-tar is on the level. The child called the pizza divine, and she orders pizza in many cafes and restaurants during her travels.
Lemonades and Cocktails are very tasty, we recommend that you definitely try cucumber tinctures.
All the dishes are served very beautifully, we just photographed each one for ourselves.
And that dessert is served personally by the chef!
In general, when we are in Grodno again, we will definitely come here, and we will advise all friends who will come here to visit this place.

We came to Grodno for the weekend . And the restaurant "Sant Michele" was next in line to be served. Spoiler: it wasn 't delicious .
We arrived on Saturday evening, we were alone in the restaurant (which I was a little surprised at, but come on, we were very hungry).
We ordered a Rib Eye steak (they say in the menu that it is a premium steak, but I attached a photo, for the first time in my life I see a steak with so much fat), grilled vegetables, potatoes, mushroom soup and pizza. The grilled vegetables were delicious. The rest is warmed up . Pizza generally smells like it's been in the freezer for six months and absorbed all the neighboring smells.
I would like to give a separate place to the waiter (who, in general, according to my feelings , did not know where he was ) . For any question , he didn 't know anything from the word at all . It was as if a man was passing by and he was asked to come in for an hour to work .
Please tell me, is this a service?
We chose a place on Instagram , if you position yourself from a high point of view, then correspond . The prices are not small . It feels like I went into a diner , only the check came out for 160 rubles . It was a pity as never before to give such money for such a "service"
Although the repair has been done, the appearance of the institution is good, but it seems as if this institution has been "hammered" and no one is engaged in it.

Every time I visit Grodno, the question arises: where to eat delicious food. There are a lot of establishments, but they are often either long or tasteless. We were driving hungry by and accidentally got into Sant Michele. And we were perfectly surprised! Beautiful design! A huge pizza oven! Borscht!!! It's just a delight!!! He's real! Saturated! And oh Gods, there's meat there and it's so tender! Warm salad with beef! Incredible delight! Tempura shrimp! Solyanka! And it's so beautiful with the guys!!! I wish you success and prosperity!

Beautiful and delicious dishes. It's a pity some are not on the menu.
Very sweet cocktails and lemonades, not very tasty.
Very cool fondane. Delicious (though in my opinion the basil sauce inside is superfluous) and with a beautiful serve. And this is not indicated in the menu in any way, so whoever orders will be the luckiest)
I would also like to say that when they order 2 different desserts and there is an interesting presentation for both, it is better to do it not at the same time, but one after the other. Because I want to look both there and there. The picture is blurred, and the show spoils both.

1. Beef salad (the menu comes with mango, but I didn't notice it there. It was delicious to me and so, so let it be)

Unbelievable! I just can't believe how amazing my visit to the Sant Michele restaurant in Grodno turned out to be! I am still impressed by this amazing gastronomic journey.
From the very beginning of the visit, I was struck by the warm atmosphere of the establishment. Vlad, the chef and co-owner, did not just greet the guests - he created a real cocktail of kindness and cordiality. It is impressive how easily and naturally he communicates with each visitor, making each of us feel special.
And now about the dishes. It's hard to find words at all to describe this whole gastronomic feast! Each dish is a work of art, and it seems that Vlad himself is a wizard who turns ordinary ingredients into real masterpieces. I didn't even expect that food could evoke such emotions. Everything was so delicious that it was as if every bite awakened new taste sensations in me.
And the fact that Vlad personally participates in the serving of dishes adds the finishing touch to this gastronomic holiday. Each dish is served not just as a meal, but as a real show. It was so unusual and exciting that I just couldn't believe that I was in a restaurant and not at some kind of gastronomy festival.
The Sant Michele restaurant is an ideal place for those who are looking for not just dinner, but a real adventure in the world of taste and culinary art. I am sure that there is still a lot ahead for this establishment, and I can't wait for the next visit to immerse myself in this magical world of taste and surprise again.

Замечательный уютный ресторан молекулярной кухни, потрясающая атмосфера Италии. В первый раз когда приехал, угостили кофе за счёт заведения, сам даже не ожидал, что есть такие добрые приятные вежливые люди. Во второй раз приехал с любимой на ужин и тоже очень порадовало обслуживание, очень вкусно поужинали и остались довольные приятным обслуживанием и вежливым персоналом. Это чудесное место, в которое хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

I decided to leave a review a year later. Unfortunately, after visiting this institution, there were traces of cold burns with nitrogen. With a beautiful dessert, there was such an individual reaction (when in contact with tights). A lot of pain has been experienced. The workers apologized, doctors also consulted, but looking at the remaining burn marks a year later, it did not get any easier. It is a pity that I was not warned in advance about the possible consequences. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

I've booked a table for Saturday night. I wanted to celebrate a young man's birthday. As a result, we arrived and kissed the door. Everything is closed, the owner came out of the next door and said that they had repairs.
No one informed me about this, I signed up through the website and Instagram, on Thursday they replied that the reservation was accepted)))
I'm shocked to be honest. No one reported, there was not a single Instagram story or post with information about the repair, that is, it was simply impossible to guess. The evening was ruined.

At the same time, in parallel, they approached other tables and said that their main dishes were not available. Посетили сегодня новый ресторанчик на Подольной. Вкусная пицца, прямо в зале установлена печь на дровах с хорошей вытяжкой. Официанты доброжелательные, но не опытные. Красиво подали вкусный десерт трюфели, с жидким азотом. Однако приборы и тарелки для десерта не попали. Ели зубочистками... Оставшуюся пиццу упаковали в коробки, пакет не предложили. Неплохая кухня и хорошая карта вин

Первый раз песетив этот ресторан был восторг - вкусно , орегинальная подача! Решили там отметить день рождения . Праздник был испорчен. Подали рыбу с ужасным запохом, несвежую. Пока вызывали администратара и разбирались, настроение было уже далеко не праздничным. Наши гости были в шоке куда мы их пригласили. Рыбу нам не посчитали, сделали 20 процентов скидки на весь заказ,от заведения подарили бутылку вина ,но день рождения этот мы запомним на долго… к большому сожалению не с лучшей стораны. Дальше там находиться не было желания ,есть то что подали рание уже не хотелось от запаха рыбы пропал аппетит и мы ушли, так и не попробовав десерта, которым хотели удивить наших гостей. Мы были растроены, перед гостями было очень неловко. К большому сожалению в этот ресторан мы больше конечно не пойдем.
