Good evening. I bought a product from the culinary department today, and it was made on December 28th. But as I opened it and tried the strip roll, there was a rotten stink inside, either the tomatoes were rotten, or the sauce, or the cabbage. It was very unpleasant, I didn't bring it back, because I wouldn't have had time to get back to work in 30 minutes. I'm not talking about the fact that the stomach can be spoiled or poisoned like that.
