There was a pretty good store with its own pastries and cooking, but someone came up with the idea to convert Santa Cash into a wholesale store. There is a good Groshik wholesale store nearby on Zapadnaya Street, so I don't see the point in a new cache, especially since the prices there will be higher than in the Groshik and the choice of goods is also inferior in the cache. Give us back our Santa super! The children enjoyed ordering pizza, there were delicious sushi and salads. There is always fresh milk in the store, delicious cakes from the Region, fish of good quality happens only sometimes, cheeses at a budget price have been common lately. In general, between Santa Cash and a Penny, I will choose a Penny!

I was at Santa's store on Suvorov Street. The store seemed small but cozy. I really liked that it is written on the entrance doors that you can enter on roller skates and with animals. As a professional roller skater and dog owner, I was pleasantly surprised. The next day I visited Santa's store (already on Gagarin) on roller skates. Not having time to take what I needed, I received a barrage of insults, I was kicked out of the store. I showed that it was written at the entrance that it was possible on the rollers, they began to tell me how they were fined for non-compliance with the mask regime by customers (although I was wearing a mask). If it were possible to evaluate the staff negatively, I would give a rating of "minus 2"!!!

There is probably no worse store in Grodno. I've been there more than once, because I live nearby. I do not recommend buying anything at all in the departments of finished products and semi-finished meat products! The rolls that were just put on display, and allegedly cooked at least an hour ago, were already treasured (maybe yesterday's ...), the sausages turned out to be sour, obviously spoiled, a bunch of seasonings were added to hide it. Walking through the store, you can often see either the complete absence of price tags, or the wrong product, or with a price that turns out to be completely different at the checkout. There is a constant queue on the floor of the hall, mostly one cashier works, and not the fastest. And today, a pleasant surprise turned out to be that after typing a full basket of goods and standing in line, I found out that the card was not served. I can still write a lot of interesting things. I hope the store's management will see this review and take action, otherwise its work is useless. In general, a complete collective farm

Today, September 15, 2021, I visited Santa's shop on Gagarin in Grodno. I am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff towards customers! In the department with chilled products, they searched for the price of Tender minced meat for 20 minutes, when they finally found it, they could not serve me because the scales did not issue a receipt. When I contacted the receptionist with a request to provide me with a complaint book, I was refused, she told me that there were 3 sellers in the store with covid on sick leave, so they could not cope. The complaint book was not provided even upon repeated request!!!
