There are almost never any employees near self-service ticket offices. If you have any questions, you need to run and look for them in the store. And I've never bought anything with a promotional price tag (yellow or with a loyalty card) - there's always one answer: "Oh, the promotion is over, they didn't have time to remove the price tag, it's a mistake."
