Having collected a basket of goods, among which were children's, made by Bellakt, I went to the cashier. The cashier is a young girl who, after spending some of the goods, informs me that she will not be able to spend the Bellakt at this checkout and I need to pay for them either at another checkout or at a self-service checkout. The other cash register was not working. I was asked to pick up all the goods and go to the self-service checkout, but I was refused because some of the goods had already been carried out. At this time, people gathered in a queue waiting for me to make a payment at two cash desks. To my complaints, the cashier replied that she had nothing to do with it, it was not her fault and that she could invite the administrator to me. To my question: "Why didn't she warn me in advance, when she saw my range of products, before she started conducting them?" She replied that she didn't have to listen to my claims. It's very unpleasant.
