I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service in your store. Yesterday, I was shopping, and I had to deal with the unacceptable behavior of one of the employees. An employee named Svetlana was constantly in close proximity to me, making it difficult to calmly inspect the goods. Her presence was intrusive, and even worse, I could feel her unfriendly gaze on me, expressing obvious disgust for the customer. This behavior creates an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere and interferes with the full-fledged process of choosing and purchasing goods. I understand that employees may have different moods, but I believe that such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable and does not correspond to the level of service that you expect from the store. I ask you to take into account my appeal and hold an appropriate conversation with Svetlana, an employee, so that such situations do not happen again in the future. It's a good store. Sometimes, of course, it is disappointing that expired products are not removed from the shelves at the time. So a couple of times I almost bought expired yogurt. I also bought a red fish, opened it at home and there was a fetid smell of rotten meat. Transportation conditions may not have been met.

Overall, it's not bad. The range could have been bigger. I didn't like the fact that all the vegetables were rotten and that somewhere near you they were transporting boxes of fresh ones, and then hiding them until the old ones were sold out. And when the old ones are sold out, the new ones won't be. This is not surprising, in rural areas there are so many shops)
