The range of products is very poor, the meat is often spoiled, I have already begun to open the package right at the checkout and immediately return it to them if it smells bad. So no one has ever apologized. Often the prices at the checkout and in the hall were different when you point this out to them, again, not a single apology, they make a refund with a dissatisfied face, they often casually throw food or money. About "thanks for the purchase, come again" - I'm generally silent. I try to avoid shopping in this store only if absolutely necessary.
