I definitely recommend the Santa store to visit! This is a rare case when everything you need is gathered in one place: from groceries to household chemicals, and the assortment is really wide and the prices are pleasant. Regular promotions are especially encouraging — you can always profitably stock up on your favorite products. A separate advantage is the modern approach to service. With the advent of self-service cash registers, the need to stand in queues for a long time has disappeared, which saves a lot of time. The staff at the store is always polite and ready to help if necessary. Of course, as in any place with a large flow, sometimes minor nuances happen, but this absolutely does not spoil the overall impression.

Once again, some time of the day:) continuation of the review from Evgeny Bogdan in general, the case of the 2nd on March 16, at about 20.00, I stood at the self-service checkout, having punched through all the goods, including an energy drink, waiting for help from my colleagues to check the refund and approval for my purchase:) In the end, I only waited condemnations:) an older woman who talked to a colleague standing at the cash register accusingly shared the negative in our direction, they say (it might have been rougher, you can check on the cameras): "Aren't there enough other cash registers?!" And did not wait for help, went to the usual cash register:) Passport was not checked:) I don't know where all the negativity of these women comes from, but I hope it doesn't affect other clients:) good luck to all :)

This created significant inconvenience not only for me, but also for other guests, which led to long queues and increased waiting times. In today's world, the possibility of fast and convenient service is of great importance to customers, and self-service cash desks must function properly. I hope that you will take measures to resolve this issue in order to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction. Thank you in advance for your attention to my message. There was one employee in the customer service room. The administrator was found only after 10 minutes, when the queues at the ticket offices reached more than 25 people. Instead of standing and controlling so that there would be no breakdowns, she safely left. After requesting a book of complaints and suggestions, it was brought and thrown on the table. Then one of the cashiers said that she could quit at least tomorrow, since her salary was not small.
