I would like to share my positive experience at Santa Fe. Our waiter, Tigran, provided excellent service—polite, professional, and always attentive. He communicated with us in Russian, which made the experience very smooth and comfortable. His respectful attitude and friendly approach truly stood out. I also want to thank Anna, the manager, for her outstanding professionalism. She listened carefully to our concerns, showed real empathy, and ensured everything was handled in the best way. Her leadership and care reflect the true spirit of hospitality. Thanks to both Tigran and Anna, my impression of Santa Fe is very positive. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the warm, respectful service.

The place is located in the center of the city right in front of Cascade and I guess that's what they took into account while pricing the menu cause the quality of the food and drinks ain't that good the service is ok.

It was awful. Not only was the coffee menu in English with no Armenian version available, but we also had some unexpected guests—mice. Although they looked quite pleasant, small, and cute, I am sure for many people it would be just terrible to witness such a situation.
