I ordered a set of plumbing fixtures, including a shower system with a rain shower. To my surprise, the watering can in this kit turned out to be cheap plastic, only covered with chrome. At the same time, everything else (faucets, holder) is of high quality, made of brass and in the ordered matte satin finish. When I called the store with a question: "Why isn't the watering can material listed on the website?" they replied with undisguised mockery. I quote: "Pf, have you seen it mentioned somewhere???!? It is not indicated anywhere!". How should I, the buyer, know about a certain "universal rule" that watering cans are "plastic everywhere"? My task is to read the product description on the SELLER'S WEBSITE. If the material is not specified, this is a direct omission and misleading. I was outraged not so much by the presence of plastic (although this is unacceptable for the price of the kit), but by outright rudeness and an attempt to make me look stupid. Instead of apologizing for the incomplete information on the site and offering a solution, the employee started being rude and mocking. Conclusion: the company does not respect its customers. They believe that they may not convey important information, and then blame the buyers themselves for this. I give three stars only for high-quality goods, I hope the plumbing will serve better than the managers communicate with customers.
