We bought an ESBANO ES-2406 Mirrored cabinet last year. We planned to install it, but the repair was delayed. Recently, they began to install and noticed that there was a crack in the mirror in the upper left corner inside the closet. Although everything is fine outside. When they brought it to us, I noticed to the deliverer that the packaging was very worn out, twisted several times with different scotch tape. He explained that the warehouse was opened to check the quality. But now I understand that this cabinet was repeatedly moved from place to place and opened several times. To find this crack, you need to sit on the floor. And we checked the house in a hurry, it's heavy. The door cannot be fully opened if the cabinet is on the floor, everything is very bulky. They opened it as much as possible, but they could not have guessed such a trick. Everything was intact outside. And only when they took it out completely and began to hang it, they found this chip. All this time, the mirror was at our house. They were already moved for installation and carried like a crystal vase by 3 people and unpacked neatly in our presence. We always monitor the installation to avoid damage. Moreover, it is an expensive product. By the way, when the deliveryman arrived, he asked his husband to come out to help, said that he would not take one away. We didn't expect it to be so heavy. Questions arise, if the mirrored cabinet is so heavy, why was it sent alone. Perhaps there was something heavy on this cabinet in the car, they pressed on this cabinet, which burst inside. In general, now I understand, judging by the packaging and small scratches at the bottom, that the cabinet is not new. The delivery guy said they were small, we wouldn't see them downstairs. They believed the deliverer that they had checked in the warehouse, they did not pay due attention to the packaging. We regretted that we would have to drag back together with my husband again. And he should have been sent back with this closet. One thing I know, we didn't knock this closet anywhere. Everything was packed by the delivery guy. Everything is intact outside. I'm sure they sold it with a defect. The seller refused to replace it. And even help with repairs or somehow close the defect. We are not living yet, and the mirror inside is broken. I do not recommend the seller. I don't care about the buyer. It's a shame - the amount paid is quite a lot. If the packaging is damaged, do not take it in any case. Require only in a new and unopened package. Don't take the seller and his deliverer at their word, it's better to let the deliverer unpack for a long time and show everything.
