I ordered a bathroom mirror with installation. There are no special questions directly about the product and delivery, but installation services leave much to be desired, to put it mildly. The master did not contact us on his own initiative (although the information was passed on to him). A few days after the delivery, he called him himself, he reluctantly (because apparently in the evening) nevertheless, he agreed to fulfill the order. He just didn't arrive at the agreed time and didn't even bother to call! Later it turned out that he did not succeed, he stayed at another facility. There is no desire to get involved with such people anymore.

Complete disrespect for their customers from both the call center and the delivery side. You will not receive your product on the agreed day and time, or perhaps you will not receive it at all. It is better to order from another store, if possible!

Выражаю огромную благодарность специалисту по установке сантехники Дмитрию. Мне нужна была профессиональная консультация по установке душевого ограждения radaway. Дмитрий ответил на все мои вопросы, обратил внимание на многочисленные ньюансы. Не считаясь с личным временем дал все советы по приобретению сантехники : смесителям, душевым панелям, полотенцесушителям, водонагревателям, трапам, гидроизоляциям и т.д.
