A wonderful hotel. Everything is exactly as in the photos. Somewhat unusual, of course. As usual, I try to meet NG in warm countries. I was more than satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is for those who want privacy and peace. You can spend days lazing around, swimming and basking in the sun. There is sand on the beach only at low tide. But it doesn't overshadow. You can walk along the beach and find a good place. The breakfasts at the hotel are very very tasty. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants on the island, where the food is also delicious.

We spent some wonderful days there. We lived in a hotel, everything is fine, especially the pool in the room overlooking the river. There is a bathtub and a sunbed nearby. The children enjoyed running from the cold pool to the hot bubble bath and back. The room has a small kitchen and a sink. The design of the room is interesting, Although it is cluttered with a little furniture. My parents lived in a bungalow, there was no room to turn around at all. The courtyard is not very cozy, but there is a large swimming pool.

A lovely hotel! Cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. I really liked it. We were in September. The sea came right up to the steps at high tide, and at low tide a wide strip of sand opened up.

We lived in a bungalow with a private pool. In terms of housing, everything was fine, the closed territory, trees overhanging the pool protecting it from the sun, the air conditioner copes while the bathroom is always warm. I didn't like the bungalows with a communal pool precisely because of the communal pool and the lack of privacy. I have not seen the rooms in the main building with my own eyes. The area is stunningly clean, it is cleaned even during the rain. I visited all the island hotels on the coast, here is probably the most cozy. The beach is made perfectly, because the beach is an area in the pool area fenced with a retaining wall, due to this, the water is closer to it on other beaches. The spa is normal, but if you want to go left towards Gentra, there are several beaches with beach massage 2-3 times cheaper. The breakfasts are so-so, the restaurant is normal. If you want to eat delicious food, then the Chill hotel restaurant is in the first place, and Gentra is on the second. Without a moped on Koh Chang, it will be difficult.

Not a bad hotel. Excellent service. Clean and well maintained. But... the main building and the villas are built of wood. Which is very cool in itself. The disadvantage is that they were built a long time ago and for this reason the exterior cladding has acquired a grayish shade of old wood. A few years ago, it was the natural color of the tree, amber in the rays of the setting sun. Breakfasts are scarce for such a hotel. The beach has no sand, only wooden flooring. In general, we will not go anymore. There are better places.

We liked the hotel style rooms, as if you were in ancient Siam. The staff is well-trained, pleasant breakfasts with pitchforks on the pool on the 2nd floor. We were in 2019. The room had a swimming pool, we used it a couple of times))) The hotel is made of wood, everything is in the room, you can order food in the room. The breakfasts are good, everyone will find something for themselves, lots of fresh fruits. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green with a terrace, there are two swimming pools, its own beach, sun beds and towels for free, you can work out on the exercise equipment in the morning. The restaurant at the hotel is very tasty, the average check is more expensive than in other places on the island, but the service, service and taste are worth it. I also recommend that you definitely try the food from the local van. We went for a massage, took a transfer to the neighboring islands. It is better to make an appointment for excursions and activities a couple of days in advance. The staff at the hotel is wonderful. There is a good gift shop.

We had a rest from October 13-19, 2023, I want to say they deteriorated and very noticeably: (taking into account the fact that we go here every year there is something to compare. Let's start with the fact that the territory has stopped being treated as before every two days from mosquitoes and there are a lot of them. Also there are no more shows every day as it was before or there are no buffets for dinner different cuisines on a certain day:( only Saturday is left:( there is also no En anymore, who played the instrument every breakfast and my children waited every year to meet her. The restaurant's menu has also changed to a more European one, which is also for the worse, there is no usual tom yam with rice or grilled fish:( but with each arrival , the filling of the room is less and less:(but this trip also added guests in the form of cockroaches or large ants or caterpillars in the bed, they were upset about the changes, but the sea is still beautiful:) the staff is great;) but it is clear that tired of them require a lot of visible:( and the massage is so weak for me, I took a traditional Thai massage for 60 minutes, so it's not about anything.... Stroked for an hour and let go, my daughter of 6 years makes me stronger :) the breakfasts remained the same, they did not change at least this. Previously, when checking in, everyone was given a refreshing towel and a drink this time someone was given to someone else :) it is not clear how they decided who to treat and who not to treat, and there were no welcome fruits in the room either:) after this trip, there is no desire to return here, we will study other hotels. And jellyfish sailed this time just a lot, in the past times it was not noticed at all🤪
