The hotel has gone very bad . Very old , the beds creak . The service is disgusting. Very expensive and not delicious food on the beach. Everything looks tired. Old lawn chairs . At the reception, the receptionist Tatiana is absolutely useless and, on the contrary, does everything to complicate your vacation. We are very sorry that this hotel has changed so much. Crossed off our list for sure . It 's impossible to sleep on old beds , they creak so much , you have to do it Renovation and hire professional staff, not just anyone.

A super hotel! Service, food, comfortable and large rooms. There are villas with a private pool for families. The perfect beach, the largest pool on the island, private transfer with a 2-minute pick-up. There is a kids club for the youngest. Of the disadvantages in the rainy season, the sea is quite "gray" - there is a river nearby. I definitely recommend it!

Gorgeous , well-groomed and huge territory , a beautiful pool and beach , 2 restaurants : one on the beach with live music and Thai . Excellent and unobtrusive service . We took a 2-storey room (I didn't really like the 2nd floor … The ceiling above the bed is not in the head , but the entire length of the bed , it was cold , turned off, it became hot ) . This is a design flaw , an open washbasin - I didn 't like it ! We need to take villas ! The territory is surrounded by greenery , the beach is beautiful , the staff will spread towels for you on the sun beds and pick them up after you. Quiet and peaceful, despite the full occupancy. We will come again , but we will check into another room .

The staff's attitude towards the guests is very bad. The first time we came across this hotel was when we came to lunch at the restaurant on the beach at the hotel. There was an advertisement in the restaurant itself about a special offer for breakfast and lunch, we wanted to take advantage of this offer, but they told us they didn't know anything about it. When we let the manager down and pointed to an advertising poster standing right next to the entrance to the restaurant, the manager immediately called on the radio, a technician arrived, took off the billboard and left, and the manager just turned around and went the other way, without even thinking to apologize to us. It's like we weren't there. Here is a 5* service in this hotel and restaurant.
