I can 100% recommend this studio as a great place to practice yoga.: - there are different directions to choose from and a large option by the hour (classes are held in the morning, afternoon, and evening) - the trainers are all qualified, not beginners, experienced, they give very good yoga programs I've been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, I've been in different studios and different cities, there's something to compare it with. The family, intimate atmosphere in the studio is particularly enjoyable: here everyone is treated like a good friend, a cozy lobby, always hot tea, sweets, water. Special respect to Anna, the administrator, who is always ready to help and resolve any issue. The biggest thanks and respect to the head coach Vitaly, a very effective set of ashtanga and hatha yoga, attentive and careful attitude to everyone. Additional activities are also carried out. I really like it, I even travel from another area.

I liked the teachers. I visited Vitaly Savich and Olga Gagina, and I feel the attitude of people who live by yoga themselves. There is no pathos of a fashionable place for yoga content, there is a sense of a place for yoga classes.
