So, there are 3 adults on vacation from 04.07 to 07/14/2025. We arrived in the heat of the day! The transfer is fast and clear - there is water and a safe place, the guides are in broken Russian, well done trying!!!! English is not in demand here. The hotel is not very big, but cozy, elevators, tea. friendly staff, cleaning service every day, the rooms are old but clean, the smart home system is working, we've watched enough Chinese movies-a thrill! Three hotel beds in the room, shampoos, soap, water were brought every day, a good varied Chinese-style breakfast!!! The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, everything is very clean, a huge pool with warm water until 23.00 - very clean! No music is unusual, but you can listen to your own - drink by the pool without any problems! There is a small pool for children, slides, everything is there!!!The first line to the beach is 3 minutes!!!! The beach is incredibly beautiful, the sand is light, the shells, the water is fluffy and shallow, there is no depth!!! We recommend it!!! We took the buses ourselves, the bus stop is right at the entrance! We went to the Nianshan Buddhist Center and looked at the huge Guanyin statue - that's what the stop is called - 11 yuan. Download MAPS MAPS.Me - show it without any problems and they will tell you where to get out!!! The market is a 20-minute walk away at night - there is sooo much food, everything is fresh and delicious!!! There is a whole mountain of variety of fruits!!!

Overall, I am happy with my stay at this hotel. I'll write down the pros and cons in my subjective opinion, and you draw your own conclusions. Positive: 1. There is a Russian-speaking guide who helped us a lot, I give him 11/10. He orders a taxi, changes the currency, and sells SIM cards, in general, well done! He's there every day, Volodya is the best, he saved us many times! 2. Room cleaning every day. Bottled water is also provided every day for all guests, clean towels, shampoos, soap, and shower gel. 3. There is quite a decent swimming pool. 4. The grounds and the lobby are well maintained and look good. 5. Good location of the hotel. 6. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea, on the way from the sea to the hotel there is a shower and a foot wash from the sand. 7. The rooms are decent, not old, but not luxurious either. There is everything you need - dryer, safe, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, TV. There were no insects. It's great at this price! 8. There is Wi-Fi. 9. There is a transfer to the airport. Minuses: 1. We arrived at night, we wanted to get some sleep, but at about 8:30 a.m. (3:30 a.m. Moscow time) we were woken up by a call from the guide that he was waiting for us at the meeting in an hour. We decided okay, since we're up, let's go. As a result, we listened for 40 minutes to what wonderful excursions they had, there was a minimum of useful information. Of course, this is true for all tour operators, not just this one. But it still pisses me off. 2. The staff does not understand a single word in English, they do not even know basic words such as "breakfast". If the guide has gone somewhere, it is very difficult to convey to the staff what we want, since the translator does not translate correctly. 3. I will dedicate a separate item to the reception staff, who was as non-customer-oriented as possible. When asked a question, he either silently waved "go to another employee," or, if he was sitting alone, answered rudely and dryly. Example: as soon as we arrived, we took food from the restaurant, it turned out to be a lot, we took some of it with us. We brought it all to the room, we open the locker with the inscription "place for the refrigerator (in English)", but there is no refrigerator there. We went to the reception, we were even ready to pay for the rent of this refrigerator, but when asked "Can we have a refrigerator in the room (in Chinese through a translator)" we received a dry "No". All the food has gone bad. But the most interesting thing is that when we had to put food in the refrigerator again, and we went to the reception, there was another employee there, whom we asked to put food in the refrigerator at least in the restaurant, after 5 minutes we had a refrigerator in our room without any additional charges. 4. Breakfast is until 9:30 a.m., in Moscow it's 4:30 a.m., and of course we weren't ready to get up so early on the 1st, 2nd, or even 7th day. And there was no point, the food was bad, you won't see standard pancakes, cereal, bread, butter or cheese, some kind of Chinese cuisine. We went 1 time, we didn't take anything except fruit. 5. Cleaners!!! We had a do not disturb sign every day, but the cleaners never followed it. At 8:30-9:00 a.m. (3:30-4:00 a.m. Moscow time), they broke into our room to clean up, after no one answered them, they put a card and tried to open the door!!! In my opinion, it's just terrible, they woke us up every day. If it weren't for Volodya, the guide, I would have given a 3, but I'd give it a 4. Overall, it's good for this price.

We stayed at the hotel in March. I really liked the hotel, it was clean, cozy, quiet, and peaceful. Excellent service, very helpful staff. The hotel guide Sonya will tell you everything, and if necessary, she will write in Chinese the place where you need to get to. The food is good, everyone is full and satisfied . If there is not enough meat or fish, there is everything in front of the cafe. The territory is very well maintained, the pools are beautiful, the beach is clean and bug-free.The rest was wonderful. Thanks everyone. If we get ready, we'll definitely come here.
