The only negative was that the website had a different name for the hotel, which caused us problems when searching for a hotel on the spot. But overall everything is great, great location, good service, clean room , although a little old renovation , but for this price the best offer

Very convenient location of the hotel: in the center, within walking distance in the "golden square", near shopping centers, Republic Square, Koktobe ascent. Clean rooms, not smoky. But they are not loyal at all: we had an early check-in, booked through the Island, they told us on the portal that the hotel would make a discount, in reality they refused us, they took us for a couple of hours, as for the whole day. There is a coffee machine, but you can only pay with a card, which is completely inconvenient.
