It's a great place with friendly staff. Judging by the queues for the tables, it is very popular among both locals and visitors to the city. I tried borscht with meat (there is an option without meat) and a pot of dumplings in sour cream sauce. They cook pretty quickly, the dishes are beautiful and everything is very, very tasty. I highly recommend visiting with your family or a group of friends if you want a simple, delicious meal without restaurant pathos.

One of my favorite cafes. I've probably been here 15 times already :) The dumplings are divine. Especially in Uralic. Another delicious homemade compote. Russian Russian is acceptable, and the staff is very nice. There is also a menu in Russian. You can book a table by phone.
