I go to the laser master Svetlana. I've been there 4 times already. A very good and kind man, I don't feel any pain, everything is very neat, comfortable and clean (the girls will understand). In general, a good place, adequate staff, give a pleasant bonus after the procedure, everything is clean, neat, but I faced an unpleasant situation - after completing the LE course, everything returned to its place the next month, which was very unexpected, because about 10 procedures were completed
I also went to remove the vascular asterisk, the master made several flashes, after which everything remained almost unchanged, and after a couple of weeks it became as before, i.e. there was no result

I came to this center on the recommendation of a friend, went for 2 procedures, I liked everything. She brought her sister and another friend, recommended and advertised the center to everyone. Now I want to take all my good and laudatory words back.
They started transferring the recording, changing the time. Once they burned the hands and back of a young man. All they did was just apologize. I stopped walking after the situation when I came to the procedure in advance, sat for 30 minutes. During this time, 2 other clients came in and conducted them for the procedures. I left, after which the administrator called me, said that this happens and come back. Of course I didn't come back. A couple of days later, my friend was recorded. In 2 hours, she received a call and was asked to come earlier, as a result, she waited 40 minutes in the lobby. And the sisters canceled the procedure altogether 15 minutes before the start, on a day off, although they also confirmed it themselves and asked to come earlier. No customer orientation, no discounts or loyalty. I will never recommend it to anyone.

On the positive side: I came to this center on the recommendation of a friend, I visited 3 different masters 3 times, but I liked Anastasia Khodenkova the most (a very comfortable and attentive person, always gives recommendations, does everything as carefully as possible), now I go only to this master.
From the negative: I have already encountered 3 times that when, due to force majeure, it was necessary to reschedule the recording to another day or time (note, reschedule!, not cancel), they said there were no free windows, as soon as you start writing or calling from another number, the time appears immediately! How so?! Guys, this sucks, not the service, especially when people come to you every month for a year in a row! If the master goes to another place, I will gladly move to another center!
And also: face masks, as a compliment, please make an alternative (juice before that was just a super option), because not all of these masks can be suitable - I ruined my face with this mask, which was covered with a rash!
There are no questions about the situation inside - everything is OK.

Girls, do not sell yourself for a cool interior and juice after the procedure, as I did, and do not expect an instant result when at least 6 procedures were without it. The laser is more like its own

Посещаю данное место с декабря. Всё нравилось, вовремя и вежливо. Но вчера что-то пошло не так) Записывалась всегда через инстаграм, в этот раз также записалась на процедуру за 3 недели, но по приходу мне сообщили, что моей записи нет 🤡 и просто спросили "когда Вам удобно придти в следующий раз?". Без извинений даже) и если бы сама не попросила предложить мне ближайшее время, если вдруг кто-то откажется, то наверное даже без этого бы ушла. Настолько опешила от такого сервиса, что вчера покинула место без каких-то разбирательств и жалоб. Но осадок весьма неприятный остался.

Была один раз, на лазерной эпиляции. Девочки приветливые. До визита в Инстаграмме записали, дали инструкции. Предварительно, за сутки, позвонили подтвердить визит. Сама процедура достаточно комфортная, мастер оказалась очень молодая, но много деталей рассказала по ходу, на вопросы отвечала, приятная в общении. На выходе дали сок в подарок, приятный комплимент. Ходила на эпиляцию год с апреля 2022 по март 2023 (есть выписки по оплатам с карты), результат нулевой, чуть меньше стали расти волосы, но это не то, что обещают в центре. Не рекомендую, это деньги на ветер. Очень разочарована.
