I don't like the attitude towards the client. We connected to this company and "enjoyed" the Internet for less than 2 months. Then the interruptions began .To date, this has been going on for the 3rd month. The support service explained this by problems with the cable, which is laid in the basement of the house. It is extremely problematic to call the master. I came twice in the end, "fixed" the break, but after 2 hours there is no Internet again. The support service with promises to "speed up" and assurances of the deepest sympathy with subsequent recalculation somehow does not help recovery. Why do we need this "service" if, in fact, what we have been connecting for has been missing for 3 days at the moment. After the next request, the master called, said he was on his way and disappeared. Not a single word. Sarkor, you will not last so long on the image you once earned of a decent and reliable provider with such an approach to customer service. I do not recommend anyone to contact this provider.

One of the worst providers today, they don't take phones in the call center. Neither operators nor technical specialists can solve the speed problem. The speed in the external network over the wire is 1-2 Mbit/s. Follow the template or restart the router, or change the router.

I do not know what the advantages of this provider are, it is the worst Internet that can be. It turns off regularly, and something breaks all the time. The quality of the Internet is disgusting (I used it in 2 apartments and 1 office). The support is even worse. They were taught only the words "dear subscriber". If you really respect the subscriber, answer at least the questions, and it sounds like a mockery: dear subscriber, we don't care about your problems, we will consider your request within 2 business days (not a fact at all)). Not to mention the little things, even to change the tariff, you either need to wait for the end of the period, or abandon the tariff (the money will burn out) and reconnect. I managed to pay in advance for four months, now I tolerate this misunderstanding. Every evening, at about the same time, the Internet turns off, it may not work for several hours. Calls to the operator do not help, technical support has also done nothing. We came five times, nothing changed, they said to change the router- I spent money, put a new router, the problem remained. It seems to me that Sarkor simply does not care about their image, they have recruited clients and cannot cope. Apparently the servers are not coping, but they are all connecting new clients. Constant interruptions and Connection Timeout, DNS probe finished errors. The Internet is constantly disappearing and reappearing. Tech support does not understand anything, they always blame the client, even with a top-end router (of course, not from the provider) and over the wire. I wanted to say that this provider has one small problem. After connecting, you need to fight for the right speed. Until the end of the previous month, I was sitting with a low Internet speed. Ever-playing delay, (ping), packet loss, and so on. And he paid a huge amount of money. Once, during a call, I fell for an operator named Hoodoer. In the beginning, of course, there were standard operator answers, but after I explained the essence of the problem, he said that he would figure out what the problem was and asked to be given a few days for proceedings. The date was 29/10. And after waiting until November 3, I decided to call the call center again and ask for this particular operator. He said that there were noises and small malfunctions in the signal and said that tomorrow it would work as it should. 4/11 checked several times, the speed really got higher. I'm already silent about the fact that I can't just rush home from work to sit at the computer, try to configure something remotely, or just figure out where and what the problem is! That is, it is not convenient for me to wait for a call from them. I, as a person who is guaranteed service under the contract, want to be helped at least during the day! This is not happening. I call on the 3rd day, I say that I think it will turn off, I explain that this problem is not mine, but theirs, because I thoroughly studied the whole issue on my own! After a rather long explanation that there was no strength left to endure it, I was assured that if I didn't get a call, I needed to call myself after 00:00 at night (just think about it) and they would connect me with technical support)))) And then, having already decided that it's a matter of principle, I'm waiting for 12 at night to call... 4 TIMES IN A ROW!!!! 4 times I called! All 4 times I found myself 6th in the queue, up to 10 minutes of waiting I became 1st, and then, at the 11th minute I was dumped, saying to call back later, since everyone is busy!!! Thus, all our cooperation, about 2.5-3 years, 1 time crossed out all the good things that I thought about this provider. I really hope that my review will not go unnoticed, so that the people who work there appreciate their regular customers at least a little!!!
