If you want to stay without Internet and TV for the new year and holidays, then connect to sarkor. On December 29th, on the eve of the new year, the Internet disappeared, it was paid for, advice from "technical support specialists" like unplug and plug in a minute did not help, they said they would call the master, but neither the 30th nor the 31st master arrived. In the chat of the residents of the house, it suddenly turned out that the problem was widespread and everyone, like me, was promised the departure of the master, who did not come, he came only to the particularly persistent, but still could not solve the problem. Everyone who contacted the sarkor technical support hotline was assured that the problem was exclusively local, only in this apartment and others everything was fine, apparently in order not to recognize the massive failure or just a clownish service that they could not figure out even among themselves, just working on the script. On my call on 2.02.2025 at 22:48, which lasted 5 minutes, the operator did not answer any questions at all and hung up, began to cling to his words and it seemed to me that he was drunk. The most interesting thing is that for some reason we, the residents of the Greenvich residential complex, are denied services from other providers such as uzonline, such is the discredit. It's already January 3, there's almost no Internet in the whole house, and only now someone from Sarkor is running around the basements and trying to find the problem, although it could have been done on December 29th. Conclusion: the new year is without Internet, and there is not even an opportunity to switch to another provider.

On October 17, they filed an application for disconnection, they passed the application to some "Manager" after that they called and left the application 3 times, promised to call, already on October 1 there is no answer, apparently it needs to be decided through the court, since they cannot disconnect me and return the money. If they suddenly answer, then only the enikeyschiki who can read memorized phrases, like restart the router. In general, if you connect, you will be sitting on 1 megabit, hanging on the phone listening to music and restarting the router (they will not help you in any way) By the way, they can put the phone down in silence or say that they left a request for repairs - but nothing will be done. And when you call again, everything will start all over again. UPD. 19.11.22 They turned off the Internet just like that, they can't explain anything, they don't understand anything on the networks, the employees don't have the necessary qualifications

Unfortunately, this Internet provider is now working worse and worse(( It is difficult to reach the support staff, it takes up to 10 minutes to wait for the operator's response. The questions are not answered. They can simply interrupt the conversation by hanging up the phone. We have Sarkor at three addresses, we have already disabled one, we will disable the second point from day to day, well, we will also change the third address to another provider.

I called the TP and asked how the cable is laid in our house through the roof or through the shaft in the entrance. The girl replied that she did not know and did not have such information. I asked to connect with someone who can answer my technical questions. The operator refused me and told me that I would find out everything when I would submit an application for connection and pay for it. A very strange approach to clients. I called the Wired Internet from Beeline, connected with the technical department, explained everything there very competently. After 3 days, they came, everything was done neatly and connected.

Terrible Internet, I regretted that I switched to it, from a seemingly worse provider, now I remember that with longing, since the 25-year-old sarkor completely disappointed, those support does not work in the evening....they just throw you into waiting, and you hang...and wait for the morning to solve your question(( It's a complete disappointment, and what's worse is that they're not trying to improve anything, the connection is getting worse, especially in the evenings!

Customer service is 0 in general. And the phone number does not work after 7-8 p.m., if the Internet does not work in the evening, it's hell just, you call it busy or no one answers. Their Internet is also not stable, sometimes it just turns off!!! Plus, the tariffs are also more expensive than other providers, the speed is also lower and not stable!!!!
