A colonial-style hotel. Champagne breakfasts. Security is provided. All major services are running. The central area, there are several normal restaurants and bars around.

The hotel is gorgeous, it is more than a hundred years old. The interior has not been touched by time. Well-trained staff, polite, courteous. It feels like you've been in the past.
