My name is Maya, I'm from St. Petersburg! I had a rest at the hotel from 14.07.24 to 07.27.24! I thank all the staff (of the hotel) for their cleanliness, politeness and comfort!! Many thanks separately to the manager of the Saga and the waitress Madina!! If I go to (Kazakhstan) again, I will definitely book a room (in your hotel)! I recommend this hotel to everyone!! A pleasant hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Luxury room (junior suite), spacious, with two double beds, with all accessories, wi-fi. The continental breakfast is good and delicious (porridge/scrambled eggs, pie, bread, butter, cheese, jam, tea). The location is convenient, near the upper market.
The only negative is the view from the window we had on the roof... And the smell of tobacco at some point...Either the hood is weak, or from the window...

Clean, spacious, beautiful room. A bathrobe, towel, toothbrush, paste, soap and shampoo are provided for each guest of the hotel. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an extra bed for a child. Everything is at the highest level. Keep it up, you're the best!
The staff woke up at six o'clock in the morning and took our room. Everything is prompt and hospitable.
