On the plus side:
The room itself is cozy. It wasn't hot, the air conditioner was working well. The receptionist is polite.
Cons:
The linen leaves much to be desired. There were spots. The cabinets are not in very good condition. And I also didn't like breakfast. There is not much choice. Just porridge and scrambled eggs. And it's not delicious. The first day I took porridge, the second scrambled eggs with one piece of sausage and cheese. It was obvious that it was fried in oil, not the first freshness. The cheese was also not fresh. I didn't touch the sausage at all.
I don't recommend staying there. If only just to spend the night.

Very cozy, clean, comfortable.
We had a rest after a long trip.
The room was spacious, the windows looked out onto the courtyard, which created additional comfort without noise. The staff is helpful.
One disadvantage was that I didn't like the breakfast, I had no choice.
Overall, everything is fine.

Hello! I was on a business trip, we stayed in this complex, there were about 50 of us, we were all accommodated, fed, delicious bauyrsaks were well remembered😅 clean, disposable consumables, hot water is intermittent, but overall everything was fine!)
