A pleasant hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Luxury room (junior suite), spacious, with two double beds, with all accessories, wi-fi. The continental breakfast is good and delicious (porridge/scrambled eggs, pie, bread, butter, cheese, jam, tea). The location is convenient, near the upper market.
The only negative is the view from the window we had on the roof... And the smell of tobacco at some point...Either the hood is weak, or from the window...

Clean, spacious, beautiful room. A bathrobe, towel, toothbrush, paste, soap and shampoo are provided for each guest of the hotel. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an extra bed for a child. Everything is at the highest level. Keep it up, you're the best!
The staff woke up at six o'clock in the morning and took our room. Everything is prompt and hospitable.

Pleasant hotel, polite and helpful staff. The price/quality/location ratio is very good. It is not an unimportant detail that payment is made for every 24 hours, and not at noon, as in most hotels.
I would recommend that the administration install at least a couple of baby feeding chairs in the cafe, as well as diversify the breakfast menu a little.

We lived in this place for 3 nights. The impressions are very contradictory. The price-quality ratio is 7 out of 10. What I liked: the location, parking, price, the rooms were quiet enough at night, breakfast, when I managed to try it completely, was also delicious, a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs. What I didn't like: the girl in the dining room, breakfast before 9.30, came to the dining room at 9.25 (we met our son at the airport late at night), the girl ran past us several times, after 8 minutes she came up and said that breakfast was over and we would not be fed. After requests and lengthy persuasions, she descended and brought porridge and scrambled eggs (sausage, cheese, jam, bread, etc. she decided to forget), did not forget to warn in an edifying tone that they would no longer be late (I, a 48-year-old man, felt like a naughty first-grader at that moment). I rented three rooms, one of them had used disposable slippers, 2 pairs stuffed into one bag. The remote control from the air conditioner must be received at the reception separately in order to be able to turn off the air conditioner at night. The kettle is also given out on request. The rooms were equipped in different ways, where there were no slippers, where there were accessories in the bathroom, glasses.

In the shower room, after taking a shower, the entire floor is covered in puddles, flowing everywhere. The lid of the bucket in the bathroom is broken, they would have removed it altogether, but they have to lift it with their hands. Belt straps are torn off on the bathrobe. In the bathroom, for two guests, for three days, they put only one small piece of soap, one disposable gel and one disposable shampoo.
As soon as we entered the room, the lid of a bottle of cola under the table, a dead fly near the window and dust on the bedside table under the TV caught my eye. This is a cleaning issue.

A very cozy hotel. Nice, spacious, bright rooms. Excellent sound insulation. You can hear it from behind the door, of course, but nothing from behind the walls and from above. Always delicious breakfasts. The range of dishes is not large, there is either fried eggs or porridge to choose from, but porridge is different every day-semolina, oatmeal, rice. And every time there are different pastries for tea or coffee - fresh rolls, or pies or pancakes. And again, everything is very tasty! The reception staff is very polite and always ready to help. Small problems with Wi-Fi, it catches well, then the network without Internet access, although it was repaired several times with us, but for some reason the problem was not solved… Overall, we really liked the hotel! But there are minor flaws with cleaning and dirty curtains))) I hope the management will pay attention to this.
