Check the expiration date of any food you buy and avoid if it's about to expire. Yesterday I bought an expensive "SAS Exclusive" longaniza sausage and found out that it expires in 4 days. Technically it's normal to sell it, but in fact the product was not fresh which is not something I expect when I buy "elite" store's exclusive product.
