You go to the checkout to buy food, and… No! Before you pay for food at the checkout, you need to weigh it! But! You can't weigh it until you've paid for it! And you don't know how much to pay because you don't know the weight! How do you like that? After that, the cashier approaches other employees so that they weigh in. The whole queue is waiting! And either the cashier himself weighs it, or passes it on to those employees who should be doing this. It is impossible to weigh the food in advance, which is needed to pay for it IMMEDIATELY at the checkout! Cashiers and sellers ask for the same thing, you have to repeat your order twice. And that's if nothing gets mixed up! Different people can weigh and give food, even though they are standing next to each other. And then they ask each other who to give the order to. As a result, it takes a lot of time to purchase 1 order, and this is without a queue! The managers listened to the complaints several times, but "we will not change anything, everything suits us." Instead, we could take the example of an Art Lunch canteen service, where logistics are ideally set up - first you select and weigh all the food, and then you pay for everything at once. Quick and easy. You don't have to go back and forth in a vicious circle, memorize the names of all the items that you order (if the order is large).
