A large and beautiful veterinary clinic, many professionals in one place, convenient parking, and a record confirming the visit. Pleasant and helpful staff. We needed an endocrinologist (a problem with hair loss), and we arrived with a standard basic set of tests-total and expanded blood and hormones cortisol+thyroid), everything was fine, and I thought CT and MRI scans were about to begin. looking for reasons that would devastate my wallet and nervous system, but a very friendly endocrinologist examined the dog and went for additional consultation with another specialist, for which she was very grateful, and concluded that we have a dog with such a nuance. She didn't rush to the doctors and additional tests, she said that she just needed to take care and put on warmer clothes. Thanks for the attitude! I RECOMMEND IT!

Convenient location. Beautiful waiting areas in the lobby. Helpful administrators, but I asked for help: the cat ate the toy, something needs to be done. We arrived on a first-come, first-served basis-we waited 40 minutes for the doctor (I think it's normal for Monday). A standard examination, then they send for an ultrasound scan - they don't see anything, but there are indirect signs of a foreign body, then they take an X-ray (3 pictures) - they don't see anything. They make assumptions that surgery is necessary. And it's not even the cost of the services that is surprising (everything is subjective and a personal matter for everyone), but the list of mandatory services necessary to prepare for the operation. Consultation with a cardiologist, ultrasound of the heart, ECG, general and biochemical blood tests, chest X-ray. And all these manipulations, in fact, do not affect the final decision on surgery when it comes to removing a foreign body from the intestine. A separate list of services for rehabilitation after surgery with several days in the hospital. In general, it all looked rather dubious with the obvious intention of making money on mandatory related services rather than providing adequate assistance.
As a result: I went to another clinic - they did an examination, analyzed the available results and took me for surgery. He was operated on the same day. We took out 3 foreign objects!!!

Among the doctors, I would like to single out Diana Brizhevich (a therapist, we also got to her for an ultrasound of the abdominal organs) and Irina Volkova (we did an ultrasound of her heart). Dmitry Gulevich, on a first-come, first-served basis, took us in fairly quickly and, as always, took a very good look at the adrenal glands and spleen. Endocrinologist Yulia Nikolaevna Minchuk and dermatologist Ekaterina Fedorovna Matsyuk solve Maxim's problem as much as possible. While waiting for the result of the skin biopsy. Ekaterina Fedorovna (for almost a month) did not forget about us and called to find out about the dog's condition and adjust the intake of hormonal medication. Today, Maxim passed a second blood test, and Ekaterina Fedorovna and I agreed that I would call the clinic in the evening and we would discuss the result of the analysis and whether there were any changes when taking hormones. At 7:42 p.m., I called the clinic and the administrator, Alexander, told me very pleasantly and culturally that he had left a request for a callback to the doctor, and she would call me back before 9 p.m. The call was not received, and this is not the first time when the specialist does not call back at the agreed moments when arrival at the clinic is not required, but understand that the tests are normal, or there are deviations necessary. Now Ekaterina Fyodorovna has gone away for the weekend, and I have to wait 2 days just to find out the result of the analysis. of course, I see changes in the blood, but unfortunately, I do not understand whether this is the norm, taking into account the age and the treatment I receive. Question: was it again the administrators who did not convey the information to the doctor, or did the doctor not notice the callback request by agreement?

I would like to leave a review. A year ago, we first got to Cac Alexey and it was our best decision. Our little sand had an education that was growing rapidly. The "specialists" of other clinics said to observe. The day we got to Alexey's appointment, we found out that surgery was required. The sooner the better.
Literally a week or two later, our Glasha had a mastectomy of one breast ridge. According to the results of histology, it turned out to be cancer. Alexey was in touch and even called back later to comment on our actions. It so happened that after 3-4 months, small formations appeared on the other side of the breast. The second operation was performed - a mastectomy of the second breast ridge. Recovery was a little worse, but Sobanya felt great. A month later, we had a third operation, as a fistula formed along the suture.
Please note that between the main visits, we came to the clinic urgently for various issues. AND NO ONE has EVER refused to help us. I recently started having problems with my spine. Again, we arrived on March 9th, on a day off, and they provided us with all the necessary assistance and recommendations. Glasha immediately felt better. We got an appointment with Alexey Kletsko, received treatment and a referral for an MRI scan. Obviously, we will continue to be monitored at this clinic.
In fact, many specialists had them, and literally, they hugged and kissed me everywhere. Each manipulation is accompanied by comments, not just sticking to the computer screen.
It was nice when the girls recognized Glasha at the drip arena and asked how we were doing.
Yes, the price may bite, but there is something to pay for. as they say.
We went to another clinic for an MRI scan and I was not thrilled: dirty, disorganized.
I really hope that everything will work out with the clinic in the future.

We came across a mastocytoma in a very bad place: at the bottom of the limb. I knew that there were risks of operating on this tumor with tissue tension. In my city, the doctors were going to do just that. How good that Vladimir was advised to me in time! There was only a day left before the operation, but he agreed to see us on a first-come, first-served basis for a consultation. It's been almost six months since my furry friend passed away! I still have negative emotions about this clinic, in particular, towards the doctors! The first time we were admitted was on 03/26/2024 and the attending physician was Nedvetskaya! We asked about the fact that the cat was eating less and losing weight! We were given a preliminary diagnosis of enteropathy with protein loss! We were treated by her until 05/29/2024 and during all this time no positive dynamics was observed (the cat was still losing weight)! Nedvetskaya went on vacation and we turned to another doctor on 06/08/2024 - Minchuk Y.N. (I want to note right away that Yulia is the only doctor who sincerely worried and supported me)! We had a little treatment with her (we waited until Nedvetskaya got off vacation)!
We arrived by ambulance (without an appointment), as the cat was losing a lot of weight. Nedvetskaya always treated us like this before, but not this time! She simply said that I would not accept you and go on to Julia for treatment (although Nedvetskaya supervised us from 03/25/2024). It was very unpleasant and strange: as if she had relieved herself of responsibility and did not know how to treat us further!
On 06/25/2024 Julia sent us to Gulevich! He examines us, does an ultrasound and says that one of the lymph nodes is enlarged to 25 mm in length! Gulevich does nothing and goes on vacation too ! We are desperate, but we continue to believe the doctors from this clinic that they are doing everything right and will save our cat!
07/23/2024 we come to Gulevich again and find out by ultrasound that the lymph node is already 40 mm long! In conclusion, he adds lymphadenopathy to enteropathy! He gives us the documents without any regret on his face! It looked like this: "I'm washing my hands of it and deal with another doctor next"! On the same day, we take an analysis and in conclusion they write that small cell lymphoma is highly likely! We are at a complete loss and don't know what to do!
08/08/2024 my furry friend passes away !
Afterword: at the time of admission to the clinic, the cat weighed 4.26 kg, and at the time of the last visit - 2.20 kg! Hence, I have questions that do not allow me to accept this whole situation: "how did you help?", "if it was initially clear that the disease was incurable, why did you not tell us, but waste our time and money?" and the most important question: "why doesn't Nedvetskaya still have the courage to just apologize?"
Therefore, people, be careful and take care of your fuzzies!

The cat (11 years old) lost his appetite and started drinking a lot of water. They called the veterinarian at home, took tests and did an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity. He was diagnosed with chronic renal failure, stones in the ureter. The doctor said that the only option is surgery, which can only be done at the sas clinic. We arrived for a consultation on Friday, 02/14 in the morning at the Cac Animal Service. Vladimir Saveliev looked at the tests and said that it was necessary to operate urgently. We went to pick up the cat and left it at the clinic. In the evening, Vladimir called back and said that the operation had gone well, and the cat needed to be kept in the hospital until morning. On Saturday, with appointments, we took the Cannon home. And then we had to go to IVs and injections twice a day. The cat had been getting worse since Monday. On Tuesday, he refused food and water, tried to hide, yelled at the whole apartment and increased in size. It is unclear how the doctor could not notice that the pulmonary edema had begun. Saveliev's incompetence and negligent attitude led to the fact that Pushok died in the hospital on Wednesday. He was given a huge amount of fluid intravenously twice a day without ultrasound control, which caused his kidneys to fail and hydrothorax to begin. On Monday, Saveliev did not even look at the cat during the check-up. I just looked at the tests, let him sign the appointment and took 40 rubles in 3 minutes. On Tuesday, when we arrived with the screaming cat, Vladimir said he was in pain or depressed and just needed to take off the blanket. And again, without doing an ultrasound, he prescribed 130 ml of the solution subcutaneously. For 6 days of the cat's torment, we paid 5,177 rubles. A terrible place to siphon money.

Great clinic! I was pleasantly surprised by the highest level of organization of all work, the approach to "patients" and their owners, the professionalism of doctors and paramedics. The success of treatment largely depends on the speed of making the right decisions, and in this clinic this is what is at the forefront. In addition, the clinic has the most modern equipment for performing any diagnosis (ultrasound, X-ray, a wide range of analyzes), so all necessary and even additional studies are performed as soon as possible on site and at the highest level. The clinic has experienced surgeons who work outside of hours if necessary. Our pet was shown an operation that was performed at the clinic outside of hours, including all the necessary diagnostic procedures, the suture was made with special threads and did not require any treatment. Three weeks later, our cat was already jumping – it's still hard to believe – how can such small animals be operated on! I would like to express my gratitude to the surgeon Anton Adarich (such a young and already competent doctor) and the paramedic Anastasia Yaninko (her love even for other people's animals is boundless).

In general, everything is beautiful, the staff is friendly, there are workers who really love animals and no matter how you see them, they squeeze and kiss someone :)
What didn't you like:
1. Never got to the same veterinarian
2. Prices are more expensive than treating a person, by the way, after a simple operation, only a day of hospital costs 850 rubles (this was reported before the operation)
3. The animal was getting worse every day, but an important test was taken and it took 5-7 days to wait for the result, then I found out that in another clinic such a test is done in 1 day. It is not clear why it was impossible to send this test to another clinic if time is running out for hours / days..
4. Treatment and surgery did not help:(
What did you like:
1. Friendly staff
2. They try to help, and if urgently, even after working hours
3. Convenient parking
4. Well, according to the reviews, the treatment is normal, I do not understand if everything was done correctly.. probably right..
Conclusion: I gave 3 stars for trying to save the animal, for responsiveness, for finding time to treat animals even after working hours. I took away the stars for the fact that the test was made to wait 5 days, when it could have been done elsewhere in a day and all these 5 days we monitored the condition with tests, stabbed the poor one, there was no real treatment, we only waited for the test because everything depended on it, then we did the operation.. and in the end, nothing helped..
From all this, I concluded that this is a business, it is more important for them to earn money than to save an animal by sending it to another clinic, where they could at least do the test faster. Well, during these 5 days, the transfused blood has deteriorated again and you can do the transfusion again, earn another 600 rubles..
Well, that's how I saw it, perhaps everything is nobler..

The staff at the reception is unfriendly, they don't really explain anything. There are no signs (heavy building if it's the first time). For example: office 13 on the second floor. There is a sign near the stairs of rooms 8-12. It's not clear where 13 is, we went to look, found it there, near the 12th.
Doctors don't have badges, it's unclear who sees you. At the beginning of the reception, all the rules are beautifully announced, but in fact they are not interested in anything, only to impose additional services. The cost of procedures is incorrectly indicated. Initially, only the cost of the procedure itself is announced, and upon arrival it turns out that it is still necessary to pay for all additional materials.
And if a person doesn't take the money, what should he do, where should he run?
