We visited this place the other day, the service is disgusting, the waiters go crazy, they respond every other time. We ordered rolls that had a hair in them. They called the administrator , who claimed that it was not a hair , but garbage that was found everywhere , not only with them. The rolls are disgusting, the rice is not cooked, the fish is not fresh. I do not recommend this establishment.

We placed an order for delivery on 06/11/2025, we were previously asked to notify in 30 minutes, since the payment was supposed to be made by bank transfer, but the code did not arrive (the operator was warned about this), the operator said that the delivery would be within 1-1.2 hours, as a result, it was necessary to walk to the ATM (they left in advance 20 minutes after the order and then the trash started, the operator called and said that the courier had arrived, we explained that it took 10 minutes for us to get to the ATM, to which a wave of negativity poured into our address, we explained the situation again (please give 5-7 minutes), the courier called back with a bunch of negativity and complaints. The order was issued somehow, in general, be as careful as possible when ordering delivery !!!!! We decided for ourselves that we would not use the services of this institution anymore, we had ordered before, but we constantly began to encounter some kind of trouble, the pizza was too thin (all the dough and filling remained on the parchment) the rolls that smell disgusting of vegetable oil and, as a result, the last order, all this happened in a cafe on Zhukova Street, I don't know how in other establishments of this chain, but there is complete disregard for customers!!!!
