I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and atmosphere of this place! The interior is stylish and minimalistic, creating a sense of comfort. The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with the choice. Everything is very fresh and neatly prepared, you can feel the hand of professionals. The serving is beautiful, which adds to the enjoyment of the meal. The prices are quite adequate for such quality. Music plays unobtrusively, does not interfere with communication. A great place for a company dinner or a romantic date. I will definitely come back again!

"Sashimi" evokes extremely contradictory feelings. On the one hand, I really appreciate their cuisine: pizzas always delight with excellent dough and high-quality fillings, and teas made from natural ingredients are distinguished by their originality and pleasant taste. The food even surpasses some other establishments, and this is the main advantage of this place. However, my Sashimi experience strongly depends on where exactly I sit down. I conditionally divide the bar into two zones: the first is the space near the windows and the bar, where, according to my observations, the service is faster and the waiters are more friendly. But there's another part, behind the bar, where I never sit down again. Once it was in this area that there was an hour-and-a-half wait for the bill, the haughty attitude of the waitress who served us "through I don't want to" and even tried to insist on a tip, despite the disgusting service. To top it all off, the children of other visitors threw a glass of toothpicks at our company, and the draft from the front door turned the winter evening into a real torture – we had to sit in our outerwear. And all this in one visit! Therefore, if I decide to go to Sashimi, I sit by the window. But, unfortunately, the problem with the service remains even in the "good" area: waiters often do not seem to notice visitors, orders have to wait a very long time, and dirty dishes can be on the table for a very long time. I give Sashimi 4 stars only because of the delicious food. If it weren't for this factor, my score would have been much lower. Owners should seriously consider improving the quality of service in order to avoid situations where a pleasant evening turns into a disappointment.

As a result, it was only after 20 minutes of waiting that they gave feedback, not only did they not have a 5k certificate (then why sell it), they had to take other denominations, and free shipping turned into paid shipping. 200 rubles for leaving you 5 k, provided that you don't even need to cook, what is it? They also warned that the delivery is more than an hour. Thank you very much, you didn't get caught in anything. I'm changing from 1 star to 4 because my parents liked it.

After being asked to bring the bill, we sat for almost an hour and a half with a mountain of dirty dishes under our noses. (for an hour and a half that our waitress and the others just ran around ignoring our table). We called her again, asked for the bill again and to pack the remaining food with us (which we hadn't even taken out yet from the moment of ordering, but we ordered as soon as we arrived), After being asked to pack the remaining order with us, we lost sight of the waitress altogether and continued to sit with a mountain of dirty dishes until one of the stacks of plates was not removed by the guy (if I'm not mistaken, the receptionist). The bill was brought out to us first by one part of the company (we asked to divide the bill into three initially), after 10 minutes the second bill, the third bill was not brought out, we waited for another 20 minutes until our friend went to pay at the checkout herself, our rolls and mussels were safely on the counter at the checkout, which no one had packed and were already not that cold, but already icy. We asked the waiter boys who were at the bar to give us our order, after which they packed it with them and gave it to us) In connection with the above, we have concluded that we will no longer come to this institution. I also want to note that the mussels seemed to be raw, at least compared to other similar establishments - they taste disgusting. The caesar salad was very dry, and the sauce was only on the chicken. Mussels are made of rubber in seafood salad.
