Disgusting attitude, we booked through the island, at 19.01.25 we are a family with children, but there was no ticket for the ferry on the 19th and we bought it on the 21st , wrote to the support in the island that we would check into the hotel on the 21st until 30.01.25 fully paid for . We received a letter saying that we would not be settled and the money would be returned within 30 days, thanks for not taking the fine, but we wanted to, we were left on the street with children without money and a hotel in a foreign country, prices are now twice as expensive , we do not overpower such amounts, as everywhere Chinese New Year A year and the price tag has soared !
