An inexpensive hotel. Clean linen, a thick mattress on the bed.
A scary wet bathroom.
Problems with tact and discipline: there may be no one at the reception, the door to the room is open.
They can come in when you're sleeping, because they thought no one was there.
There seemed to be a kitchen, but I didn't go in. A tolerable option to spend the night if there is nowhere else.
