A great hotel, relatively small in size compared to other hotels, fewer tourists, great beach and sea, great food, you can always find something to eat, in my opinion, first-class staff, many thanks to the hotel staff, except for the dishwashers in the restaurant. Unfortunately, there are disadvantages that have not been greatly improved, such as a hard mattress, sometimes dirty appliances, chipped plates and a glass with someone else's lipstick. But there is a way out: wipe the appliances, take the plate without chipping, take a disposable glass for cold drinks and everything is fine again.

I was lucky enough to be here from 25-30.08.24. Positive: 1️⃣ Food. I really enjoyed breakfast with menemen (Turkish omelet with vegetables), grilled vegetables, cheeses, olives, fresh vegetables and a sandwich with smoked red fish. For dessert, pancakes with cherry jam, fruits and strong black tea from armudas. And if my breakfast was simple enough, then lunches and dinners were a complete gastronomic orgasm! I always took grilled fish (sea bass or dorado), as well as other dishes a little at a time to try all the incredible abundance presented: delicious meat dishes, seafood, salads, snacks. For dessert, a divine bomb tart with apples and cinnamon, an ala Tiramisu cake or a cheesecake with cherries! For dinner on the street (Gourmet station), I took either salmon, octopus, or lamb, and every dish... It's just an extravaganza of taste! I recommend approaching her every evening, and not just taking food from the main restaurant. There are shawarma and pasta cooking stations nearby, and a grill station across the entire table area. They took fish and meat there. 2️⃣ There is a kettle, cups, packaged black and green tea in the room. There are 2 bottles of water per person in the refrigerator daily. As well as 2 liter bottles of Fanta, Cola and 2 cans of Efes 0.33 beer. A cabinet with shelves, a cabinet, two armchairs, a safe. 3. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, clean linen. Bathrobes, slippers. The entire list of care cosmetics: cotton pads and sticks, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body cream, soap, which were replenished daily. 4. Large, well-groomed, covered with flowering plants and trees area. It was very pleasant to walk along the paths in the evening, and then have a couple of cocktails sitting in the nicest bar with swings or by the pool. 5️⃣ The beach is small and clean (swimming area between two piers). The shore is small pebbles, the entry into the sea is sharp, chest-deep already a few meters from the shore. The sea is very beautiful, the water is warm and transparent, so I have never swam in the pools. The deck chairs are high-quality and comfortable. A steep pier with a bar (no cocktails), those who were comfortable with a large depth dived from it, and we loved to come there after dinner, lie on sun loungers and look at the sea. I really liked the service on the beach, it is really beyond praise! The young man constantly walked around with a large tray and carried sparkling wine, beer, iced coffee and other soft drinks. There was no need to follow them anywhere. In the afternoon, he offered French fries with nuggets and watermelons. 6. In addition to the main restaurant next to the beach there is a snack bar with DIY burgers, there is also a station where they bake gozleme, but we did not go there, our main meals were too plentiful. But we tried ice cream! Lemon and chocolate are very tasty, but it melts instantly, you can't bring it to the beach in a horn. 7. If you leave the hotel and walk forward a little, on the left side there is a tiny amusement park belonging to the hotel, you can go for a ride with the children on a small Ferris wheel, swings and cars. There is also a public transport stop across the street. From there, you can take the LC07A bus (if there is no working bank card, transport can be bought at the supermarket near the bus stop, you can not pay with cash on the bus) to the old town of Antalya (stop of the shopping center "Mark Antalya"), as well as to the business card of the city - the Nizhny Duden waterfall. I strongly advise (if it is not too hot), when visiting the waterfall, to walk the entire park ~ 3 km stretched along the edge of the cliff (the views there are incredible), and then walk perpendicular to it, through shady streets to the wonderful shopping center "Terra City", where many departed from Russia and local brands are represented. I am attaching a collage of natural species. 8️⃣ To the right of the reception is the table of Ibrahim, who speaks excellent Russian, who, as independent travelers, suggested some points to us. Ibrahim, if you are reading, greetings from Irina, Vadim and Miroslav from Siberia, who were looking for mail to send home a postcard from Antalya. The postcard arrived to us in 3 weeks! Cons: 1️⃣ Glasses and cups are poorly washed, there are a lot of cups in tea / coffee stains, and glasses are in the dried pulp from orange juice. 2. On the one hand, disposable glasses in bars are good, hygienic, but considering how many of them are used per day in this huge hotel, it is very bad for the environment, for the sea and its inhabitants. You can replace them with reusable plastic ones of very good quality, which even look like glass ones (I used them in other Turkish hotels) and be sure to replace plastic cocktail tubes with aesthetic paper ones. 3 . There are no blankets in the room by default, only thin waffle sheets. I had to go to the reception and ask, but when they were provided to us, it became very warm and cozy to sleep! 4 . Low-quality care cosmetics. Shampoo the head is not washed, and after conditioner the hair is like a nest that cannot be combed. 5. There are no branded products, for example, a beach bag, which is provided free of charge in five-star hotels. 6. Some tablecloths are in creepy pellets, it's time to throw them away. 7. Disgusting coffee, so I drank tea exclusively.

SOLID THREE Advantages of the hotel: • Nice and well—thought-out territory - I like that the length of the hotel is elongated, there is no need to get lost for a long time, there are only two roads along which you immediately pass the entire territory - convenient. • Lots of entertainment for children — children's and adult slides, two pools for toddlers and teenagers, a football field, mini golf, lawn and table tennis. • Relax pool — a zone of peace and quiet, without children. • The pier by the sea is a real thrill: comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, a separate bar and a complete sense of privacy right above the water. The waiters serve right on the pier. Food, drinks – according to your request, they come and ask once every 30 minutes. You can also go to the pier bar on your own and get what you need. Non—alcoholic bottled beer is a rarity for hotels, but it was here, and this is a big plus for those who, like us, do not drink alcohol. • Ice cream is delicious, many kinds, balls in a cone, both in the afternoon and in the evening. • The gorgeous view from our room is just a fairy tale, especially when combined with the aromas of blooming tea trees throughout the territory. BUT this view is only available in rooms with a JACUZZI. • Fresh juices — in the fresh bar from 12 to 17, orange, carrot, apple, grapefruit, but diluted with water… • The room is clean and comfortable — three full beds, extra bed – not a cot. • Proximity to the airport and the city — 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Antalya city center by bus. • Omelets and pancakes for breakfast — which are prepared right on the street, are very tasty. The rest of the food is so–so - just carbohydrates. Seafood once a week is not perfect (the crabs are empty, the sand is in the mussels), but the fact itself is pleasing. Crayfish with caviar, more or less gone. Once there were even octopuses, but we didn't get it)))) Tuna for dinner – one day a week there was real tuna, it was directly cut in front of the visitors and cooked. The taste is incredible, although not his strong fans, but went for a supplement. Cons (and, unfortunately, there were a lot of them): • Problems with the Jacuzzi — it was leaking, repaired twice. The first time is from 22h to 24h on the day of arrival. They told me not to use it for a day. A day has passed – we started using it, everything is flowing again. I had to call again – three days later the pipe was changed. It seems to be fine, but the second time everything started flowing again. As a result, it was never repaired, and our terrace and the lower floors were flooded. The plug to the Jacuzzi was searched all over the hotel, eventually they brought... gels. The "service" is top notch. • The trash cans in the room are a joke: small and narrow, like a 2L bottle, there is no pedal, it is broken off. The only way is to open it with your hands every time.… There is no locking mechanism, they said at the reception that they would repair it, but they did nothing. I had to break off the lid to continue using it like normal people. • Dangerous pins in the floor — protruding door limiters in the bathroom and hallway. They were constantly bumping and stumbling, useless, since the door doesn't even open there, but they stick out.… • Sparkling light switch — there was a backlight in the room from under a 3D three-dimensional mirror, when you turn it on, the light switch sparkles and it smells burnt. So it was possible to burn down the wiring along with the number. We tried not to touch this switch, because as we realized earlier, they would not relocate us (for example, with the Jacuzzi), but we would spend a certain number of hours of our vacation sitting and watching them repair what they see for the first time)) Dirty dishes in the restaurant — plates in the restaurant are still more or less OK, but bowls for soup /porridge and glass glasses with appliances are simply beyond words. They are simply rinsed with water, not even rubbed. And then it's all delivered to the visitors in the second round) We always wiped everything with napkins before use. There are lips from the previous person's lipstick on the glasses, and you don't take such a glass yourself somewhere, but the waiter brings it to you. Since they don't have cola, sprite, etc. freely available, they pour and take it out themselves. • Handing out towels only at the SPA — it's inconvenient to take towels, for some reason they don't give out on the beach either, but only at the spa - this is generally the cruise of the year, this is the first time I've seen this. Towels can usually be taken at LEAST in two locations of the hotel. Immediately, everything was done as convenient for the hotel, not for the visitors. Taking towels to the beach at the SPA in the main building and dragging them to the beach and back is idiocy of the highest degree. The hotel just decided not to bother with a second towel outlet on the beach. But I could have… • The lack of proper blankets — instead they were given old blankets, yellowed with age. I had to ask for blankets, an extra pillow, and a third robe separately. • Rudeness of the maid — after 3 days, the maid came in and asked if we needed to update the towels? To which we said it was necessary and gave it to be replaced. While she counted out the new ones for us. We asked if it was possible to replace the bathrobes? To which the woman (who speaks pure Russian) rudely barked "NO" in response." Cool "service") • The local "breeders" of the hotel — the so-called mafia of taxi drivers operates in the area outside the hotel, and even if you called a Yandex taxi, which is available in Antalya, it is not at all a fact that it will reach you. Since a Yandex taxi from the hotel to the Terra City shopping center cost 422 lira, which was about 930 rubles in rubles at the time of our trip, and the local mafia charges 60 euros for such a one-way trip, which was 5860 rubles. Therefore, they just physically do not let Yandex, who is going to the hotel, pass on the road) Some guys said that they left on the 5th time, but stood in the sun for as long as 40 minutes and did not want to go anywhere. Therefore, we immediately decided that we would take the city bus. In terms of time, it is 5-10 minutes longer, and the price is much cheaper. In general, the fare in liras costs 60 liras round trip, that is, 130 rubles for two trips. But more tricks! The Turks have removed all the vending machines and ticket counters in the vicinity of hotels and you can only buy a ticket in the city! They are sold at the hotel for the price of x2 at local stalls. But we met with a hotel employee (for ethical reasons, I will not specify the name and profession), who said that he would have a day off, he would go to the city and buy us a ticket for 60 lire. That's what we agreed on. As a result, he brings us 5 tickets a day later and says that you will charge 12 euros. Although 5 tickets for 60 lire is 300 lire, or 6.5 euros. Why x2? So he just bought 110 lire at the stalls in front of the hotel, where we could buy it ourselves. He did not go to any city. We'll separate the money for him, of course. But keep in mind that EVERYONE here ALWAYS wants to make money from you! You can't trust anyone! No matter how cool the conversation is! You are a money bag for them! • Administrator Ibrahim — Ibrahim introduced himself as the hotel administrator, and I saw him exactly once at the pool, when he came up to me and introduced himself. At the beginning of the vacation. he asked if there were any questions or complaints, but at that time there really weren't any, since it was the first day of arrival, and we didn't really know anything yet)) He said that he had a desk at the reception and could always come over and discuss any questions about the hotel. Spoiler alert - we never saw Ibrahim again, although we searched every day. We've asked everyone about him- no one knows where he is or where to look for him. Administrator of the Year) • The restaurant is closed ahead of time — They sent us a newsletter (see screenshots in the photo) by e-mail after registering on the Wi-Fi network, where it was written that dinner was from 19.00 to 21.30. We left for the Terra City shopping center and returned at 20.55, while we reached the restaurant, we went in at 20.58. Everyone had time to take what they had. They just swept away all the remaining food in 2 minutes. Leaving NOTHING for those who just entered. People came in with whole families with small children, hoping that in half an hour we could eat completely, we sat in shock and looked at it all, because we had at least something for ourselves in those 2 minutes, and people just threw up their hands and turned around in despair. To my question to the waiters and chefs, "what the hell is going on?" and I show them the time and the screenshot from the letter. The chefs said they didn't know why either and were doing what they were told. We managed to take carrots) someone took a plate with decor))) I'll attach the pictures)) The shame is just concrete. Five-star pozrnyak) This is the issue we wanted to talk to Ibrahim about for the next week - but as mentioned earlier, no one saw him anymore) • Dangerous stairs on the pier — at first I thought that the paint just stuck to the skin, and upon arrival in Moscow I discovered that the paint from the stairs was stuck under the skin - I had to get a needle, like a splinter) Question about the hotel's image, is it really difficult to change the stairs!? Just a tin can.... • The hair dryer works every other time – the hair dryer in the room worked when I wanted to. He could easily pass out in the middle of drying, and then earn only the next day or not at all. • The safe is half—open - several buttons are not working. If you want to enter your password, it may turn out that some numbers just don't click)) In other words, the pin is automatically shortened in combinations. 3 of the 9 buttons didn't work for us, only 5 worked for the neighbors at all) This is such a "wonderful" room equipment in a five-star hotel) And I really don't understand the difficulty of updating trash cans, alarms, safes, towels, bedspreads, etc. this is the same BASE and the face of the hotel.... • Fire alarm — fire alarm went on twice at night - one night at 00:30 and at 1:30 - everyone ran out into the corridor, not understanding what to do. On the call, the reception said everything was "OK". The second night, it was 1:30 again, and we didn't even get up. Then they came to watch it on all floors and rooms. There must be some kind of glitch, but why should people be nervous!? The neighbors' small children then screamed until morning. • Wi-Fi was turned off for 5 hours — the entire hotel's Wi-Fi was turned off for 5 hours. The receptionist said they didn't know why. At the same time, they also have a working Wi-Fi for employees, I asked for access, as I urgently need to work, and I've been out of touch for the 5th hour. They refused me at the reception!!!! Fortunately, one of the hotel staff gave it to me from her phone. I helped out. • Killer mojito — the waiters add it to both versions (with and without alcohol)!!A TABLESPOON!! sugar. Have you seen this anywhere at all? When we saw it, we were speechless. This is a direct organ murder!!! When they asked for sugar-free, they brought it back with sugar... • The food in the restaurant is 80% simple carbohydrates. Pizza, rolls, bread, French fries, pasta and everything derived from it. Protein is low, and so are fresh vegetables. There are enough fruits. • There are not enough hangers — there are only 7 for three people, as if at a minimum for survival. We need at least 20. Despite the fact that the place allows! • Open bottles in the mini-bar and at dinner — when checking in, there was one open bottle in the mini–bar - "and so it will do," the maid counted) At dinner in the restaurant, they also brought an already opened and drunk bottle of water. • The towels in the room are in a deplorable condition — tattered pieces of thread were hanging - you can somehow update the towel park - and that's how for pigs, not for people. • Toothbrushes and toothpaste – despite the fact that a lot of gels, soaps and even a washcloth were always in the bathroom, the hotel still cannot provide an elementary base. And for that kind of money, it would be possible to buy toothbrushes and toothpaste for customers! • The audibility in the rooms is very strong. All the conversations are audible. And at night you can go to the toilet with your neighbors in unison)) The hotel is not Russified — all the inscriptions are in English, Turkish and German. But there were no problems for us, since we have an English language. Of the Russian—speaking staff, there was one cleaning lady (who was noted for her boorish behavior) and the receptionist, Ibrahim, whom we saw once. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, but they hardly swim because they have expensive insurance. During the first 5 days of our stay, the hotel was almost empty, the sea was clear, the water was +23.5°C, the weather was +33°C. Towards the end, Russians and Germans with children began to settle in — there were noticeably more people, and queues appeared in the restaurant. Overall impression: solid "three". The hotel has potential, a pleasant territory and a good location. But the level of service, the technical condition and the attitude of the staff leave much more to be desired. If you approach with 3—star expectations, you can have fun, especially if you're lucky with the room and the weather. And the price for our tour became x5 in a week. I honestly don't know why or why) We had a VERY successful trip)
