It's terrible, starting from the hall, I came early, the floor is dirty, no one has been there yet. So you didn't wash before that in the evening.
It's cold! They did not warn that it was not heated, it was inconvenient in front of people. At 12 o'clock, the hall was full, the shelpek was taken out late, of course, the beshbarmak too. The sorpa is cold, the tea is cold. There was little Baursak in the plates. There was little dough on some tables. The waiters are in no hurry.
When I arrived, there was no water on the tables. They were sitting listening to music, very loudly. After all, they know what kind of event we were going to hold. I haven't told you yet, we haven't gotten up.
They warned us that we would have a video, they said that they had everything, but in fact it turned out that it did not work. Couldn't watch the video
I'm very disappointed, very upset. We were preparing for this event.
The manager would do well to take care of the interior of the cafe and the staff. And learn to behave yourself.
