The sauna is just wonderful! I liked everything without exception. The service of the administrator is at the highest level, the person is tactful and just cheers for his duties. The room is clean and tidy. You can order a meal from a wonderful menu. Sauna aerobatics, thank you very much....We will be happy to visit you more than once!!!!!

Wasted money, spoiled mood, and.. health. Mold is everywhere (see photo), dripping everywhere, there is no ventilation. Healthy men started sneezing and coughing an hour later, their noses were stuffy, they all had allergies, and there were 7 of us. There is nothing, even for money, no plates, forks, knives, etc., there is nothing for entertainment, no music, no karaoke, nothing at all. There is no steam room, it is impossible to heat it, just evaporated water that you have thrown in, the pool is cloudy, bleach eats out your eyes, everything is wet around, walls, ceilings, everything you put down, and the trash is full for the price of a good sauna. I won't even go for free anymore. This is the first sauna that I wanted to leave as soon as possible, rather than prolong. It's been half a day, everyone's nose is still stuffy, coughing and sneezing, mold and mildew, that's all you can buy for 50p per hour

The company celebrated its birthday, everything was fine until the moment when we began to gather, and broke our own bottle of beer, we cleaned everything ourselves, but the administrator demanded to pay 50p for this bottle (The tile was intact, he said that the payment was purely for the bottle). After a long argument, the administrator said that entry was prohibited for us :)
It is also worth mentioning that he did not announce any rules or requirements. Also, when we came to the place, we called him to open it for us.

Brazen cheating with pricing. Towels, by the way, are also for money and not for those listed on websites about this place. The service is like this. He did not issue any check, which I will write about later in the complaint book. He refused to accept payment by card. A disgusting place, a ruined birthday, none of those who were with me set foot here. A complaint will be filed for fraud and lack of a receipt.
