We had a rest with our girlfriends in the Orange sauna. We were not satisfied with the rest... A cockroach was crawling in the room where they were sitting. There were wasps swimming in the pool. It's not clear at all how they got there. The pool was very cold, even icy, although we were told on the phone that it would be warm. The claim was presented to the administrator, no discount or compensation was offered to us. We didn't hear any apologies for such inconveniences either.We were in this sauna earlier, but in a different room.There were no such problems there.

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical. No. Sauna - 5+. The pool is 5+. The only thing was, it was cool in the room. But if you go steaming and not drinking, then I highly recommend it. The woman was friendly, showed me everything, told me, brought the necessary things for the sauna. I will come there again and recommend it to my friends

We were satisfied with visiting the sauna. We had a vacation with friends for the first time in Orange. The steam room is at the right temperature, the pool is clean and warm. (There is something to compare it with). The receptionist was polite, met us and saw us off with a smile. We ordered a sauna for 3 hours. In general, I recommend it. We'll come back more than once
