We visited the Savlukov.mebel brand store in Brest. Right at the entrance, we were greeted by a chic Austin sofa.
It was love at first sight! 😍
Many thanks to Irina's manager for her professional approach and competence, after meeting which we no longer wanted to consider other models and even other furniture manufacturers!
After signing the contract, we received an unexpected sweet gift.
They were manufactured and delivered (by agreement) even earlier than the stated deadline, which is undoubtedly pleasing, because we were looking forward to the sofa!
The delivery guys quickly and efficiently collected the sofa and even took the garbage with them.
The Austin fits perfectly into our interior. The quality of execution is excellent!

Good afternoon! I would like to thank Savlukov furniture for my already favorite sofa! Everything is perfect in this company! From store exposure to delivery and assembly!
I needed a quality sofa to sleep on. I live in Brest, I've been to all the shops, but I stopped at Savlukov. Irina liked the consultant very much, helped us decide on the model of the sofa, told its advantages, then the choice of color, so many textures, so many shades, it was difficult to choose, she offered us to take samples home and see how the color would play in the interior. At the conclusion of the transaction, we were offered not only tea and coffee, the contract was enclosed in an envelope with a chocolate bar! This is a service! When everything is thought out to the smallest detail, when the customer comes first! And the service is unobtrusive, it's very nice!
The sofa was completed on time, as promised by December 1, no delays, fast delivery, assembly too.

We bought a set of Dolce upholstered furniture in Brest - a sofa, an armchair and a pouf. We are very grateful to consultant Polina for her professionalism! We have something to compare it with: we visited the Savluk salon in Minsk (Domashny Hearth shopping center), so they didn't even come up to us there! And in Brest, Polina immediately greeted us warmly, helped us with the choice, told us everything, showed us, helped us decide on the fabric... We sat on the couch and lay down)) Special thanks to Polina for the delicious coffee! We are very meticulous customers and after ordering we came to the salon a couple more times and each time Polina answered our questions very kindly. We also asked for the sofa to be delivered a little ahead of time and we were delivered on the day we asked. The guys movers (very polite guys) lifted everything into the apartment in the most careful way, collected, cleaned up all the garbage after!
Now we are enjoying the furniture and hope that this is not our last purchase in the Savlukov furniture company.
