Don't be fooled by the location — it will take 20-30 minutes to get to Aero through Manila traffic jams). On the plus side: good staff (I don't know where the opinion about the bad attitude towards Russians comes from), even though we stayed for 2 days, we settled in very quickly at night. All the deliveries are nearby, 10 minutes and the CFS has already been brought on a bike, beauty :) Minuses: the food (but it didn't please any hotel in the Philippines, to be honest. I mean, the breakfasts are very satisfying and not like ours, but it's clear that the audience is not European). Our stay in Savoy did not spoil our rest at all, we only spent the night anyway. There was no balcony, of course, but these are small things, and you can pay extra if you need it. Salamat!

A fairly mediocre hotel. Disgusting attitude towards Russians, be prepared, if you pay in cash, be sure to ask for a check, there will be a lot of questions without it during eviction. The rooms are not fresh, there are a lot of plumbing problems

The hotel is bad. Everything is shabby, the breakfasts are terrible. We went to our room, and it turned out to be occupied. I don't recommend it.
