This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I come to various events that take place in the city. Everything is always great! The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need — a bed, cable TV, air conditioning, mini hygiene products, bathrobe and slippers. It is convenient to get to the hotel from the metro. There are many public transport stops nearby.

We stopped by on 06/19/25. The room is clean and large, it matches the picture, there are few outlets, the light is barely on in the bathroom, the bed linen is washed like white. The breakfasts are terrible, the usual porridge and a boiled egg, a tea bag, two slices of bread and deep-fried dough made from fresh pastries. The website also lists yogurt and a choice of elite tea or coffee. Receptionists are always sleeping at the reception. We left the hotel at 7:50 a.m. on June 21, 2025, with no one and a sleeping security guard on the couch. The kitchen that was supposed to be fed was closed, the usual omelet was cooked for 15 minutes. The impressions are terrible. Addendum: 06/28/25 check-out, the hotel is booked for 9 nights during this time, cleaning was 1 time. In the dining room, cold scrambled eggs and cold sausage were served for breakfast. When asked for a hot breakfast, they said that we had to come at 8:00, but we did not wait for a hot breakfast at 8 or 9. Apparently, he also played the national sign, it's good for his own, as it turns out for the rest. There is either hot or cold water in the shower. The hotel doesn't even deserve three of its stars.
