The sanatorium is just terrible, do not see each other for advertising. Everything is old, the territory of the thicket is not well maintained, the building and the rooms in general stink of old cans, that is, damp. There is no entertainment, . The road is generally a separate song, after leaving the highway you will find 6 km of broken asphalt, which is only on an SUV. The pool is located off-site.
I will never go there and I will not advise anyone.

I got caught in this sanatorium for the first time, but I did not know what circumstances there were, if I had known I would never have gone there in my life, Firstly, the building is being renovated, because of this, there is dirt everywhere, old linoleum in the corridors.She cleans the rooms only on request, and not every day.There are dirty plastic cups in the dining room, and the plates are mostly plastic.It's summer now, you could have a fresh fruit menu, but no.The employees are not polite, they answer questions rudely.The territory is not cleaned, there is garbage everywhere.I don't know if it will be better after the repair.Of the procedures, more or less normal are massage, cedar barrel, coniferous baths, paraffin pens.It seems to me that you should tell us in advance that repairs are underway there.On the 3rd floor, hot water is only available early in the morning or late at night.

The rooms are clean, cozy, for every budget.

Horror and nightmare!
Check-in at the end of June 2023, for 10 days.

It is dangerous for life and health!!!
Mostly state employees (pensioners and the disabled) go there. No ONE monitors the quality of services. Government money, apparently, settles with the owner(s), and does not receive a subsidy on the spot, in a sanatorium.
The building and rooms are old, the furniture and plumbing are broken, and there is only one reaction to repeated requests to the administrator and requests, "Well, what can I do, the tank is defective, the water cannot be stopped."
On the first day of arrival: "I don't like the linen, take it down, I don't like the pillow, take it down, I don't like the bed, take it down..." - from the 3rd floor.
Due to the hot season and the lack of rooms, my relatives and I booked 2 rooms "budget" and "budget +", realizing that there would be a standard set described on official channels, and naively believing that they could be used.
The doors in the rooms were poorly closed, because they are no longer subject to any repairs, only major repairs or demolition and construction of a new building.
The beds were terrible, every spring could be felt, the pillows were moldy and stained with sweat and saliva, the bedclothes were stained with brown blood and everything was torn.
In all 2 rooms, only 1 low-power light bulb works in the ceiling, and the light is very dim in the evening.
There is dirt, cobwebs, and dead insects in the room at the entrance.

We arrived at the Sayali sanatorium. The sanatorium requires a good repair, the building is old, the furniture is partially old, the room is not cleaned in full upon arrival (there are a lot of cobwebs), cleaning is not carried out during the stay, there is no hot water, mice scuffle in the floor. The service in the sanatorium is zero, bathrobes and towels are not provided. The dining room is a separate topic. Food is terrible! The food is not tasty, tea is served only once a day, food is served in plastic dishes, which gives off a specific taste. How can you mock pensioners, the disabled and just vacationers with such food? The dining room is dirty, we need to check the SES there! This sanatorium is not worth the money that we paid for the rest. The only plus in this sanatorium is the medical building. The medical staff is very polite, tactful, honey.the equipment is new, the medical building has a good repair, clean and comfortable!

The service is at zero. The staff is good. Food, they give good portions, but they don't cook well. Floors are not washed at all. They don't change the bed, they always don't have water, which is why they skip the procedures... But I really liked the treatment and the medical staff is excellent. Firstly, there is an absolute lack of consistency between the management department and the sanatorium itself. Secondly, I took my grandmother to the first "magnet" procedure. We went into the office, the doctor told us to wait, we obediently waited until we were called, but in response we heard:"What you don't go through has been released." AND HOW DO WE KNOW THAT IT WAS THE MAGNET THAT WAS RELEASED? IS THERE ABOUT 6 BEDS THERE?Well, anyway, they came up to this bed, asked what to do?, (We came for the first time) to which we were answered: "what do you have there? Lower back? So lie down!!! "🤦♀️
I started to get indignant about this behavior, to which this man replied to me: " I'm going to plug in the machine and explain to you about your character. ". In general, there were enough impressions for that day.
There are very few medical staff, of course they cannot pay attention to all the guests, but it's not the fault of the guests?
The only thing that didn't upset me so much was the dining room. The food is not bad. Of course, the food is budget-friendly, but the portions are large. There are necessarily salads, fruits, tea, compote. Again, you need to understand that this is not a 5-star hotel.
If my review is ever read by the owners of the sanatorium, then please do not forget, elderly and sick people come to you to improve their health, pay money and therefore make sure that this is really the case, and not only on advertising booklets. If you take care of the elderly, then be prepared to provide them with proper attention and care.
