A good hotel to stay in Tbilisi:
- located in the center, within walking distance to all the main attractions
- there is parking
- the staff is polite and friendly, almost all the staff speaks Russian (in any case, there will definitely be a Russian-speaking person at the reception and at breakfast)
- the room is large, spacious, and bright. Slippers, shampoo, gel, hair conditioner. There was no toothpaste, but I think you can ask. Water in the room - 2 bottles per day.
- the bed is large, comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean, without stains and odors
- the air conditioner is working properly, but you can also open the window
- cleaning every day
- there is a bar on the roof, a hookah
- breakfast is quite sufficient: vegetables, cheeses, sausages, pate, scrambled hot dishes (but you can order eggs in the form of scrambled eggs and omelette with various additives), porridge, sausages, vegetables, rice, chicken, there are pastries, pancakes, fruits, muesli, yogurt, there is a separate corner with local sweets. You can take soy milk with coffee, which is nice
A very good option for living in the center.

The price includes a spa and a gym.
Transfer to and from the airport 10 out of 10.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
On the downside:
There was no dental kit in the room. I took it to the reception. Otherwise, I recommend it.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. You can find it cheaper, but I was satisfied with the price and quality, and the most important thing is parking at the hotel, under the barrier. Personally, there was one disadvantage for me, I do not know English, and my knowledge of Georgian is also zero. Therefore, when choosing this hotel, you need to be prepared for the fact that you will not always be understood. But you can get used to it and use the translator on your phone.

Classically, Mercury, in terms of novelty and cleanliness (although some elements in the room and shower already require repair, but not essential), is better than its European twins. The room is clean, cleaning is daily.
I was surprised by the lack of a "shoe set" (spoons and sponges for shoes) and hygiene bags in the restroom, although such sets are available in hotels of lower service.
On the plus side, there is a small parking for 10 places.
The breakfasts are not bad, there is a slight alternation of dishes depending on the day of the week.

I read about the Mercure Tbilisi Old Town hotel in the largest reference book about Georgia - madloba.info . I found out that this is a great combination of price and quality. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and mini-bars. The hotel has a bar, a restaurant, a fitness center and a spa complex. The bar and terrace are located on the roof of the hotel. Conveniently, laundry and dry cleaning services are available, and the reception is open around the clock. The Mercure Tbilisi Old Town Hotel is always guarded, and a shuttle service to and from the airport is provided. It sounds very attractive, and I plan to book a room at this hotel on my next trip to Tbilisi.
